I am not one to really take all reviews that people give to heart. I know we all have the bad experiences but, people these are true. I went to look at a truck for my grandson and the truck needed right much work done to it. He agreed ed to have it done and I left a $500.00 depo s it and verified that if for any reason this didnt pan out that my deposit would be a 100% returned. On our way out we happened to check the bed of the truck..you got it. It was all rusted out. My son does body work and I talked with him. He advised me that he would have to see how bad it was. Took another trip that Monday night to look again. It was rusted all underneath the truck, transmission fluid leaking and oil. I decides I wasnt getting into all these issues so I called them on Tuesday and told them about the rust and I didnt want the truck. He cut me off, hung up on me and said he was going to look and call me back. Never heard anything after hours of waiting. I called him and asked if he seen what I was talking about. H r said yes and he was going to let me talk to the owner. I said Ni, No, Im not getting the truck and I will be up sometime in the week to get my check back. Now he was very aware that I was coming for the c heck. Got there Saturday the 2nd of July and come to find out, the owner had tried to put the check through after I had told them that I didnt want the truck. Keep in mind all of this was done within a 2 day sand of looking at the truck. Thank God I had called my bank after he hung up on me to put a "Stop Payment". Please dont go here, he is a big ripe off and I would not suggest to anyone to deal with this dealer!

Horrible business, do not stand by their product, horrible communication, horrible product. They sold my girlfriend a van that broke down less than 2 weeks later leaving her and her three kids stranded on the side of the road. The transmission was shot. They told her too bad basically, call the warranty company. Well, you guessed it, the warranty they sold her was also garbage. They said they didnt cover any of the breakdown of the transmission to figure out what was wrong with it. Then they only cover a rental property equal to the amount of labor to fix the car. The shop that she called said that she could be without a vehicle for up to 30 days while the warranty company decided what they wanted to do to fix it. Not to mention everything that they wouldnt cover. All in all he said 30 days and she would still have to come out of pocket for over $1000. The dealership...they played dumb. Gave her the run around, told her to call back to talk to so and so, call back later hes at lunch. Finally she called and told them to come get the van and they acted shocked. They tried to blame her for poor communication and then all of the sudden said they would have helped her cover the costs with the warranty company. That was funny cause they wouldnt even give her a loaner or anything when she asked the first time and they acted like there was nothing they could do about the situation. So they call her back and ask her if she is home so they can come get the van. They say they are going to need the keys so someone can drive it back...HELLO THE TRANSMISSION DOES NOT FUNCTION, YOU CANNOT DRIVE IT!!!

I dont even want to rate this dealership. I brought a vehicle on the 16th of February and the next day the transmission went so I took it back they persuaded me to buy another vehicle 3 days later I took it back due to the vehicle not hold antifreeze. They did try to fix it so they put me in a loaner the loaner had no side mirror and 5 lights on on the dashboard. The tires were basically sitting on the rim. I am a single mother of 3 to do this to me was outrageous! I tried to work with them at this point I didnt want to deal with them anymore. The loan company called me to do an interview while the vehicle was in their possession and I couldnt tie up loose ends with them because they had the car in their possession. I didnt trust the dealership to fix my car because of all of my trouble! So I told the loan place everything that happened and then they were less eager to approve the application so the loan place and I best decided not to put me in a vehicle that could possibly break down and denied the approval. Now the dealership wont give me my down payment back not I have to pay for lawyers and what not... Just the worse dealership ever! The cars on the lot are not cleaned and half of them dont work!

I feel like i have been robbed. We drove 3 hours to purchase a truck from this dealership in november of 2015. We had issues not even a month later and they said nothing was covered under their warranty. I even had trouble getting it tagged and titled after the 30 days. Literally every other month we were dumping money into this truck. Every time we fixed something 2-4 weeks later something else went bad. Now here we (parents of 3 kids) are about to have no truck because the motor is on its last days and i still owe something around 7k on it. Its so horrible to have put trust into this company when we explained our desperate situation WITH OUR CHILDREN THERE and they sell me a hunk of junk they knew would barely last a year. Their customer service is at its best only when you are about to sign papers, other than that youll never get a return phone call or any help when you try to tell them about the issues the vehicle THEY sold you. Horrible horrible dealership, their lucky i cant rate a 0.

Very bad experience. Called and spoke to salesman every day for a week about a vehicle. Gave them credit card info to put a deposit on vehicle for them to hold. Called day before renting a car and driving 3 hours to pick up vehicle. After arriving at dealership, I was informed vehicle had a title problem and had sent back to auction house then was told vehicle had been sold to someone else. Supposedly never ran credit card on Thursday because truck was sold . Spoke with Moe on Friday and was told everything was fine and vehicle was ready for pickup on Saturday. After arriving, I was told truck was sold late Friday. Stories did not add up. Owner would not budge $300 off price of another vehicle because "he knows he could sell vehicle for full asking price." Very unprofessional. Went from "were going to give you a good deal for all the problems" to this is price, so you can take it or leave it. Buyers be careful!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! they are crooks, they sold me a truck that needs a new intake manifold and catalytic converter. its going to cost me $3000 to fix, they lied to me about what was wrong with the truck and were rude and disrespectful to my wife. DO NO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. ALL THEIR CARS HAVE BEEN IN ACCIDENTS. THEY FORGED INSPECTION STICKERS AND CAR FAX REPORTS. they are the worst kind of people that run an auto dealer. they basically stole $11,000 from me im stuck with a truck that broke down 3 days after i bought it, and are not willing to refund my money or buy the parts needed for the truck.
