So my husband and I went last week, beginning of July of 17, to M and B auto group looking for a newer used vehicle to finance. We had seen a nice 2011 Ford Expedition out by the road that we liked and saw that it had moved, so we decided to check out if they still had it. Thankfully it was still there and unlocked so we were able to take a peek at it before the car salesman came out to talk with us. The price seemed reasonable, but we wanted a great deal seeing as our current vehicle had been totaled and needed a new one asap, which we explained to them and they took that into consideration in helping us. Nick was our car salesman and was a great help to us getting the best deal we could with our credit being fair and not fantastic, as well as a low down payment. We heard back the day after they processed our information that we had gotten approved by their finance department and could come pick up the truck anytime once we signed our paperwork! We were estatic especially since we were concerned about our current vehicle making it to and from there without breaking down on us. My husband and I were both very satisfied with Nicks help and wonderful customer service as well as how quickly they helped us get the vehicle we wanted. We will definitely be returning in the future when we need another nicely used vehicle. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a great deal, friendly service, and not a salesman who is trying to sell you a vehicle you dont need. Thanks again Nick!

Decent prices, rough beat up vehicles, terrible service... On Sunday I called about an online ad but it went to voicemail. Someone called me a couple minutes later and I let him know I was very interested in this vehicle. he said they were closed, I let him know I wanted to get the car that day and had everything required. He said he was going to be there later and I could meet him there. I drove over an hour and shortly before arriving he texted me and said didnt have the key at the lot and he had to turn around and get it. I got there and waited then texted him asking if he was still coming (no response) then I called him and he said it would take him almost An hour to get back. The price on the sticker was a lilttle higher still a fair price though. I was curious so I called and asked if the price was negotiable or firm. He hung up, and at that point I just left.

Purchased a Mustang GT from this dealer, everything went well, no issues at all. Had the car for over a month now, running great. Ive read some of the reviews on here and figured I would post one from my experience. Just because a car has a clean carfax doesnt necessarily mean it has never been involved in an accident. As consumers/buyers we have to check things out before we purchase them. Either way, honest guy and good service.

STAY AWAY....THESE INDIVIDUALS SELL TERRIBLE CARS WITH ISSUES...MIGHT SOUND AND FEEL GOOD AT THE MOMENT, BUT AFTER A WEEK OR TWO, YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS..THEY WILL IGNORE YOUR CALLS AND AVIOD YOUR ISSUES... FIND A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP PLEASE!!!! UNSAFE CARS!

I had the worst experience the salesman was not correct about the information he was giving me, there was alot of damages the vehicle had underneath when i took it to inspection, and i still havent recieve my title after a month of purchasing the car
