I ordered 2 shirts from Judy Wednesday was told that my shirts were to be ready the next day I gave them a time frame 5pm. Showed up at 5:45pm my Shirts were Not Ready and werent going to be ready due to Adobe telling me that his files got lost and lost my design. I said why didnt someone Call me?? When Judy took my order she failed to take my phone Number. Im a promoter and I needed the Shirts for my Event which is the same day...no one offered to give me a discount for my next order or try to help my situation Very bad Customer service. They need to have a receptionist or someone there to check in the customer and help. They sit behind the computer and pay no one any attention. And if you walk up to them and ask for help you get nothing but attitude. I will never Go back there. I will also recommend no one to go there either they have you sitting waiting for Hours. There are other Businesses out there that gives great customer service and if there are problems they are there to fix the issue. Been coming to China Man since he was in the Flea Market even went to a few events with him and captured photos for his event and you better believe I will never deal with his establishment ever again since thats how they treated me as a customer.

Went to get the name of my company printed on a shirt, which is 3 little words "The Sweet Spot" and was told I have to come nack Wednesday because they were about to close. Mind you, it was 6:15 and they were due to close at 8. The guy at the counter didnt even bother to see what I wanted first before turning me away. This is what I get for stepping out on Quick Prints, Will and his team are THE BEST AND MY USUAL GO-TO COMPANY. However, I was told Chinaman is the go to for quick print jobs. Boy was I told wrong. I would give NO STARS if I could. CHINAMAN CUSTOM PRINTING SUCKS! I agree with everyone else. The customer service is horrible. From one business owner to another, he better focus hard on the food because if the printing side of his company continues to be ran like this, I see absolutely NO LONGEVITY IN HIS BUSINESS!

The worst experience ever, customer service was terrible when I enter the door they were serving customer number 5. I pulled my ticket I was customer number 10 after an hour wait they finally got to customer number 6 & as I looked around the shop I noticed that I was the only customer waiting , which obviously meant customers 7,8 & 9 had left already . I sit there 15 more minutes watching the design staff play amongst each other .Finally deciding to leave I passed one of the graphic designer & asked was he able to help me I was told by him that he was unable to help me at the time & proceeded in the shop to go back to talking & standing around

Never again in my natural existence will I ever come here again. I walk in and was not greeted let alone acknowledged. I wasnt even told how the process works that you have to take a ticket to be helped. I was given a card that was shoved to me to read prices. I wasted over an hour of my life to not even be helped!! Finally I walked up to the front to ask when was a better time to come. The lady said "its like this all the time boo...365 24/7" they should teach their employees etiquette, and customer service. I much rather pay full price than dealing with this ratchet facility. I guess you literally get what you pay for...stay away!!!

I went there to design business cards from scratch, a very skilled designer named Adobe, designed an amazing front and back proposal just from a few pictures and wordings I gave him. I immediately placed the order and now am proud to hand someone my business card because of how amazing they look. Adobe, has earned my respect and future business because he not only helped me designed my business card but also was extremely helpful the timely processing and printing of my order. Very poor customer service. A sign with customer directions is blended in with promo materials. Once directed to get a number we did so and people were simply walking in and walking up to the counter being serviced. After about 40 minutes we asked an employee about the wait. He said we would be next yet about 4 people walked in moments later and went right to the counters receiving help. We came from over an hour away but left without service due to the lack of courtesy and professionalism.

Adobe was awesome to work with, however the wait is usually tremendously long. If you are not going during the week forget about having an in & out experience. I would highly suggest hiring a receptionist to sign customers in and keep things in order & also be responsible for answering any questions customers may have. I would also suggest hiring more staff to add to the team. I love the work but i never look forward to the process of getting my products. Sincerely a frequent customer.

They were serving #78 and we got ticket #90. We went next door to use the restroom. Came back at 7:05p they were serving #79. They told us they were closed but if we had not left they would have served us. Mind you I had been calling and speaking with them since 6:15p. Even sent over the images for them to provide feedback. The sign on the door and the hours online say they close at 8:00p. No wonder businesses fail. They turn away paying custimers. They deserve a ZERO.

The Art Director "Adobe" was very pleasant to work with and very attentive. Only downside is the wait time. If you dont have patience steer clear!! I think organization will help speed up service. Adobe had to stop assisting me several times to help with customers picking up their orders and wanting to add to their orders,other than that Adobe and quality of work was perfect!!!!!!!!!
