NOT COMPETITIVE--I was shopping around for a good deal on marketing materials and requested they match a quote I received from a different printer. Even though they have a section for providing quotes on their website they stating that: "We have made it a policy here not to get caught up in a bidding situation-where the result is "he who charges the cheaptest price gets the job". This not what we are about. We deliver high quality printing and outrageous service and we cannot let another printer by bidding against him control our pricing." ...definitely outrageous service
