RUN FROM THIS STORE! So wish I had read the reviews...They ripped my 81 year old dad off BIG TIME! He just lost his wife and has cancer and moved to another state...they came to his house to pick up items to be packed and mailed. Their workers called in and described the pieces to be mailed to their Manager - they gave me a quote of the total cost of packing & shipping to be not more than $800 and told me they would not pack the items until I gave the go ahead. The next day, I went by to their store and the items were already packed and the cost was now $1,600! Best advice - if you deal with any UPS store get a written quote before they touch your things to ship/pack! If you can pack yourself & use USPS so much cheaper & just as fast. PS: I gave a one star only because the system will not let you do a negative star for rating-if it would let you - I would have done that.

HUGE inconvenience. Customer service is horrible; the employees at this location act like youre doing them a disservice when walking through the door or calling in to inquire about something. HELLO?! YOURE GETTING PAID TO HELP ME!!! I called earlier to ask about shipping a FLAT RATE USPS package and the employee told me they had to weigh it to determine how much it would be (Which makes no sense considering its a FLAT RATE BOX) and immediately hung up the second I said "Oh, ok" without letting me finish the rest of my inquiry. In store, it gets no better as they look highly annoyed with doing their work and come off as if they have more important things to handle. The POSTAL ANNEX across the street is 10X better than this place.

The service was terrible last time I went in there The copier wasnt set right and I printed out a bunch of extra copies I told the guy what happened and he said no problem well take care of it you know you just owe me for the ones that you need and I said thank you I go in there today same thing happens but its spit out like 3 times what I wanted I said I dont know whats going on with that if somebody set it up wrong or what but its just a couple times its happened now and he wanted me to pay for him so I said youre not going to work with me he says no so I took my package the copies I didnt pay for I left and I moved on horrible service

Wanted to ship an antique through this location. Was told that it would be $700 to ship, yes $700. $400 to ship from her to MA, $200 for $10,000 in insurance coverage and $75 to pack it. Hoping for another option, I asked "what do you think if I were to try and ship USPS?" and was told "If you use them, it wont make it there, not in one piece anyway!" How unhelpful. Im happy to say that I packed it myself for $38 and sent it via USPS Registered Mail with $10,000 in insurance coverage...a total cost of $90 and GUESS WHAT?!? It made it there in 3 days AND all in one piece :) Shocking.

I walked into this store and I was impressed of the level of customer service I received. I needed to ship my package to Washington urgently. I was sending my passport to a consulate. This store not only gotted there on time but made the arrangements to get my passport back to me on time for my trip. The price was unbelievable and cheaper than Fedex or the post office. If you need anything thant right, always go to this store. I would never go to another UPS Store. Great job, You got my business from now on.

I was trying to send two juice boxes to Virginia from Miami first of all the employ told that the weight was 26 pounds each and the box weighed only 22 and he comes to me several times and gave me different prices one of them almost 150.00 $ its not the first time I went up to fedex and only cost 42.00$ those employe are trying to steal your money I,ll never come back to that store

I sent an item that I sold to someone in London. A few hours after the UPS store in question sent it out, I found out that I had been the victim of fraud. I called the store immediately to stop shipment. The attended to it right away and also had the owner call me the next day . They were extremely thorough in helping me stop this shipment. I did get it back. MFOG

I have been a customer at this UPS Store since it first opened in 2002 and it is a great place to do business. If you need a notary there is always someone to notarize your documents. Employees are helpful and will always help you bring your packages inside. The level of customer service that you can expect here is rewarding and delightful.

This is the place not only for mailing but for all office needs, including printing and advertising material.... they help me decide what materials to use that is price efficient. I check all around and no one can beat the prices they have... I surly recommend this UPS Store.... Ask for Jacco...

They charge $10 per box to receive a package, even if you have a mailbox at another UPS Store. Bad customer service.
