Bought $100 boots in June...didnt fit just right after I got them home....yes I tried them on in store, tried for a return or store credit and was refused. Owner stated they had a 7 day return policy but the receipt stated 30 days then store credit. Posted to social media and the owner basically called my wife a liar and stated I needed to post a pic of the receipt. Which I did. While being bashed by owners friends on face book was informed the owner was a former VB cop. Not sure what that means? Does she walk on water? I was in LE for almost 20 years and own a small business too do I get a pass when I start screwing customers over?
