This morning my husband and our 3 year daughter stopped by Petco. The doors were wide open and an employee watched us walk into the store. Our plan was to buy our daughter her first pet today. As we walked through the store we met two employees who looked shocked to see us. They said they are not finished setting up and we had to leave. I advised its 4 minutes until you open? The door was wide open? Then the employee who watched us walk in comes over and says sorry, yeah thats my fault they got in... we were escorted out of the store to wait two minutes because by this time it was 9:58. This is a perfect example of poor problem solving or exceeding guest expectation. This it is was ridiculous.. what was 2 minutes? Really? Needless to say Petco will never get our business.

These jerks said they would check on a fish item for me and hung up on me (or got disconnected), then I spent 35 minutes trying to call them back and they refused to answer. Either that or the phones went down. Last time I compared prices it was for a jolly ball for my dog and the ball was 19.99 online (at petco website), at the store it was 39.99. WOW what a freaking inflated price. Dont bother wasting your time or money with these jokers!

Worst groomers ever!! My wife took our dog and as soon she walk in the store with the dog and the groomers saw their faces change real quick like im not doing him! She left the dog but stay in the store for a few minutes to see what happened and they call her back right away saying that the dog was trying to bite them when our dog is real friendly... their services sucks!!!

The staff are always friendly and readily available to help you with any questions you may have, two of the staff members were able to give my gf and I a good pond idea on how to handle our growing yellow belly slider, I recommend going here for all your pet needs

The staff in the grooming area is awesome. Most importantly, theyre great to the pets. We stopped going to another place (different chain) because of the way that they treated the animals.

Its never over crowded. They have a awesome fish section. You can get your pet groomed there. Or adopted an animal that Faithful Friends has set up there.
