Would not recommend buying pets here. My friend bought a very sick puppy and I bought a very mentally ill cat. The staff was not helpful and a few were rude. Another person I know took their cat to get the nail covers on and the staff member was not very patient with the animal. Unfortunately none of us knew of the other encounters until after the fact. Will Never go back. If you want a Concord Pet go to the one on Kirkwood Highway Red Mill Shops!

The dog treats I bought there were infested with weevils, which I discovered when I got home and saw the bugs crawling in the shopping bag. Management didnt offer an apology or restitution.

They will carry your bags to your car, but they wont take a defective heat lamp bulb back. :-( Exo Terra Infrared Basking Spot. Crap product. Very disappointed.
