Came here for a consultation with Jace at 1, sat for 30 min waiting for him to get there then the woman at the front desk let me know he was sick and not coming in. They offered to reschedule but I was coming from out of town for this and couldnt. Then on his tatto instagram he posted a story of him out to lunch during the time our consultation was supposed to be. I thought this was very unprofessional but the woman who was there was nice so Im giving her a star. Otherwise dissapointed.

Hands down my favorite tattoo spot in the Charlotte area. Lizzy has done one of my tattoos as well as my boyfriend first tattoo. She is VERY TALENTED, she makes you feel comfortable -which I felt was important when getting your first tattoo, the place is well kept and clean. Lizzy and the rest of the guys are fabulous and nice. DEFINITELY will be going back for my next one :)
