I actually came here to get my baby girls (3 month old) ears pierced, in my culture it is very important to do it when theyre young to reduce babys chance to pull & grab her ears, as well as a sign of femininity. I called spoke to Malene/Melina (not sure of the spelling), she was very nice, explained me the procedure. When I got there I had to provide the babys birth certificate and my information, so they made sure i was the mother (which is good), and they have a notary in staff, so he was able to notarize the information, per FL law. Melina was very sweet, delicate and patient with my baby, took her time and made sure the markings were done just right, but most importantly everything was done in a very sterile environment. She was her hands very well, wore gloves the entire time, sanitized the area and didnt contaminate anything at all, which is very important when yourre dealing with an infant. She uses the needle vs the gun because it is the more sterile technique, however its not as fast as the gun, the whole process took less than 10 min. I would definitely recommend this place over doing it at the mall.

I went into the shop telling myself "wow, its finally happening" something that I have been wanting for a very long time. I walked in and there was this lady about mid or late 30s that was terribly rude. i told her that i had wanted my nose pierced and without any words she takes a big nasty SIGH. It made my happiness level go from a 10 to a 4. when it was time to pierce my face i was of course nervous getting my first piercing. the lady never even interacted with me nor my friends she just had this look as if she was the most miserable person ever. when she put the needle through my face, the needle slid in soo fast and it poked my upper lip. which by the way was bleeding non stop for about an hour. All I have to say is this was the worst piercing experience I have ever had and Im definitely never going there ever again.

Best place for piercings! Clean and comfortable atmosphere. The whole staff is awesome! Friendly and very helpful. They were very nice and accommodating to my queasy stomach after my cartilage was pierced. I came back to buy some more cleaning solution, and was again greeted with friendly faces. The staff was honest and knowledgable about piercings, and answered all questions I had. They wanted me to have a good experience, and in a vacation spot, that kind of honesty can be hard to come by. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun vacation piercing! Especially if you havent had many before.

The place is very laid back and casual, and there are a bunch of great portfolios there so Im assuming there are some amazing artists there, however my tattoo artist was mediocre AT BEST and extremely over priced. I wasnt really happy with the product but she told me she would give free touch ups because she had pride in her work, however when I went back she charged me an additional 100. The place has great reviews so Im sure theres a lot of talent here, just be careful who you decide to work with.

My friend and I got tattoos here while on vacation. The woman barely spoke english. And both of our tattoos scarred and scabbed over very heavily. They will both be needing to get fixed as soon as they heal. Lesson learned. Research your tattoo artist before showing up. Also, they charged us double than they quoted us at. $120 for a 20 min tattoo that I could have done myself..? Never again.

Walked in thinking it would take days to work on our idea and Butch came out with perfection within minutes. Husband and I were so very impressed. And the finished product turned out even better then planned or expected. He listens to every detail you want and does it without complaint. Very fortunate to have found such a Wonderful person and place.

Jake Swist did an incredible piece on my boyfriend! It was my birthday present to him, so I wanted it to be perfect... and it was. He got exactly what he wanted, great work, everyone in shop was friendly... well definitely be going back for all work in the future. I also received my dermal here and super happy with that too.

Jon was an amazing piercer, best Ive seen. He was extremely knowledgable and did 2 quick and easy dermals. The environment is relaxed and very clean. Jon was very careful to keep everything sterile. The staff is very friendly and I love my piercings so much. I will be returning to Jon fore more piercings in the future!

I went in to get my nose pierced and was super nervous. They completely took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything and knew all the details. Everyone there was very friendly and really seemed to enjoy their work.

Jon Ray was my ear piercer and he was super nice! Messed up one of the piercings, but re-pierced it and only charged me $20 instead of $40. They look awesome now.

Artists do not want to give you what you want, they insist tattoos must be larger than you would like. Rude to customers and almost seem bothered by questions.
