I have been getting tattooed for three years now, and while I never have had a particularly bad experience, my experience at island tattoo was AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, they made sure I was comfortable and worked with me, Yaki was amazing!!! He was so great to work with, and came up with an amazing design that I couldnt have gotten anywhere else. Im so sad I dont live on the island and cant come back more, but I look forward to coming back to the shop on my future trips to the island! All around amazing experience, and I cant wait to go back for more!

This was one of the best tattoo experiences weve ever had! Val really took her time with us and made sure we were going to be 100% happy with our tattoos! We are so pleased with our pieces! She really does a phenomenal job! She also had a light touch. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I was disgusted the second I walked in the door. As much as I love animals, they dont need to be in a tattoo shop, so damn unsanitary. It seemed to be more of a hangout for kids than a business. I will never trust my skin with those amateurs

They just brought in some new artists from Savannah who have a very good reputation for their artwork. Theyre very fun, friendly, and they make sure you get good customer service.
