Immortal Images is the only place I will ever go for ink. I live all the way in Raleigh and I literally drive over 3 hours to Charlotte when I want a tattoo. Lee is incredible and did my eagle tattoo in his portfolio (6 hours) in one sitting without a mistake or any problems at all. When I showed up he thought we would be doing a color tattoo and had it drawn up. I told him I planned on black and grey and he said it was no problem and did it black and grey instead no problem. He also changed the picture to make it a little more symetrical. He went in the back and redrew it and came back. Even with these curve balls he still got it done to perfection on the spot. I have no doubt Chris and Nick are just as good. Just go to some other tattoo shops websites and look at their portfolios. No other shops do work nearly as good, which is the reason I chose this place to begin with. The shop is clean and not a dark smoky sketchy shop like others that I have seen elsewhere. Everyone there is nice and seem to really love what they do. Immortal Images is where you need to go. Im about to start a sleeve and I know who I will be calling!

From the moment I walked in for my first ever tattoo I felt welcomed. I didnt get anything elaborate or big but Lee and the sweet girl at the desk (sadly, I did not ask her name) both treated me with respect and helped alleviate any nervousness. Lee did a great job and even touched up a small part I pointed out. The lines are clean and so far the color looks awesome. My husband already scheduled an appointment with Lee for his next tattoo and I will recommend the shop. Being treated respectfully is, to me, almost as important as the artwork (because hopefully you have already researched the tattooists art before even walking through the door). One of the great things about II is that all of the tattooists are super amazing artists so I was happy to have any of them do the work. I will be going back for another!

I was referred to a new guy in the shop, hes the only black guy in there so he stands out haha... I walked in asking if I could get a rainbow done, and they said this guy could help me and I have never really seen him there before. I thought he would of been good since they said he could help, since I know other tattoo artists in there are wonderful. It looked like it was going okay in the beginning, but I kept having to tell him fix things and I shouldnt have to tell him... he should already know.. he should tattoo it as if it were his own tattoo and wanted it to look perfect!!! I HATE my tattoo!! I am getting this covered up ASAP!! The lines are UNEVEN and you can BARELY see the yellow!!! i am unhappy with this tattoo and it costed me $70 for this tiny tattoo and it sucks.

What can I say. I had 1 previous tattoo from a long time ago done in someones basement. And after many years thinking and contiplating what I wanted for the cover up, I choose Imortal Images. My artist Nick who is new to immortal was excellent. He took the time and effort to ease my nerve and help me decide on my final product. Everyone there from the front desk to the artists where very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to choose anything and overall it was just an amazing experience. I cant wait to get my next one done. You definitely get what you pay for here. Clean friendly environment with exceptional artists. I would def. recommend them to anyone.

Out of the tattoo shops Ive been to, Immortal Images is definitely the cleanest and most spacious out of them. I was tattooed by Steve and the whole experience was very pleasant. Steve and everyone at the shop are very nice and my tattoos turned out great! The line work is amazing and just what I wanted. Steve made sure everything was correct before starting. He was friendly to talk to while my tattoos were being completed and answered any of my questions. Make sure to have cash for a deposit because youll most likely have to make an appointment and come back to get tattooed, not sure how many walk ins are accepted but it is worth the wait.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in to discuss the tattoo I wanted. Everyone was friendly and competent. Since this was my first tattoo, they also soothed some of my concerns about the level of pain to expect (very little, by the way). Everything involved was very clean and professional. My appointment started on time and the drawing/stencil of what I wanted was ready to go. The tattoo itself took a shorter time than expected, but maintained high quality. The tattoo is perfect and amazing...exactly what I wanted! Friendly and professional staff and artists, fantastic work, and very reasonable prices. I will certainly be back!

Had a tattoo done by Bill Volz. I knew what I wanted and he did it even though he was skeptical of my color choice. It ended up being as beautiful as I hoped and I love it! I went back to Bill for a smaller piece and it is equally beautiful. I have met all of the guys, including the owner, Steve who is just the nicest. I would be more than happy to have any of the guys do a piece for me, they are all very talented. The studio is also very clean and kept that way. I have spent a few hours at a time there and always felt comfortable. I will definitely recommend Immortal Images to anyone I know who wants to get tattooed.

I had the first session of a half sleeve done yesterday. I could not be happier with the work that was done. I spent a lot of time comparing tattoo studios before choosing Immortal Images and I am very pleased with the choice I made. From the initial concept and design through the work that has been done so far, the entire staff has been very professional. I sent several emails to Steve, all of which were answered promptly. He took what I wanted and created a true work of art. This was my first tattoo and it has been a great experience.

great work, Chris is excellent has a soft touch. He works with your idea, and helps you plan the ink. The shop is great clean and very professional, Daisy and Sandi at the desk help you with all the arrangements. Steve is always booked up, but that just means hes in demand and worth the wait. All my family and friends use this shop and with good reason. I wont let anyone else do my ink but this shop. This is not a scratch shop, if you want a professional work of art than this is the place, and any wait will be worth it in the end.

Have had an awesome experience since the moment I stepped in the door! Everything was so pristinely kept clean. Suzi was a charm and pleasant to talk with. All of the staff were polite and cordial. My artist was Lee. Nothing short of amazing describes the work he did on my tattoo. Very focused yet friendly as well. I thought the process would be lengthy but he made short work of it all and amazing work to boot! Ive been to other tattoo parlors but Immortal Images rates as top dog in my book! I will definitely be back! Thanks yall!
