WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We ordered 100 roses to make centerpieces for our daughters wedding. We ordered them to be delivered 48 hours in advance, as recommended. When they arrived, there was no floral food, which they insist in their directions needs to be added at regular intervals in order for flowers to thrive. Within 48 hours (the day of the wedding) the flowers were drooping and MANY (if not most) of the petals were brown. We had to SCRAMBLE four hours before the ceremony to find enough good flowers to make 12 centerpieces. After the wedding I contacted Global Rose for a refund. They insisted the food was packed and must have been lost in transit (which is their problem, not mine); then they stated that the food isnt needed anyway....even though ALL their directions state the importance of the food! They then said that they needed photos of the damaged flowers and an exact count of how many flowers were damaged. We didnt take photos, as we were scrambling at the last minute to put together decent centerpieces just a few hours before the wedding. And ALL the roses were damaged to some extent, we just used the roses with the least amount of droop and dead petals. After explaining to them that I dont have pictures, they replied with a brief email stating that they wont issue a refund without pictures. So -- we are out of luck. THIS WAS A DISASTER. The flowers were terrible, we had a VERY stressful wedding day experience trying to salvage them, and now they wont even consider a refund since I didnt have the presence of mind to take photos of the damaged flowers FOUR HOURS BEFORE MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING. Please, please, please find yourself a different resource for your flowers....DO NOT take your chances on this website!

I would not recommend Global Rose EVER. I wish I could give them negative stars. They were supposed to deliver flowers 2 days before my wedding and got an email the MORNING they were supposed to arrive that they were going to be late by at least 24 hours and I was left having to go to the flower mart to buy last minute wedding flowers. The least they could do was let me know the minute they knew it would be delayed, but they have terrible communication. And since it was so late, I couldnt cancel the order, or get a refund. Initially I called and the customer service rep promised they could give me a refund, however, when I emailed them (per instructions from the rep), they told me it was not possible. So after work I called again and after 30+ minutes of begging the customer service rep to consider my request and demanding to speak to Pilar the Customer Service Director, she offered me a 15% refund... on an over $500 order. BTW, I had ordered 2 separate orders and they completely denied the second order which was taken over the phone (terrible idea because I have no email confirmation, but they DID charge my credit card twice). I was left in tears two days before my wedding... Worst business ever. If youre going to do your own flowers, just go local. Dont go to Global Rose and save yourself some headache. They have officially lost all of my referrals and all of my future business.

I have received these flowers today in the mail after not getting an email with tracking like promised or anything saying they were even shipped. When they arrived they were 3 different shades of pink roses and not the light pink shade roses that I ordered. All the flower are fully opened and bloomed when their website says that you need to order 3 days in advance so they have time to open because they are delivered closed which was not the case. The flowers I did receive have brown petals and look dead. They cannot be used let alone wait to be used on Saturday 3 days later for my wedding. So they are the wrong color and dead looking. I have contacted them by phone and email several times. I have sent many pictures of the flowers that I received and the tag numbers. No one is resolving my issue. There website says they come from Miami Florida yet when I received them it said they came from Columbia which is a completely different place. I am very unhappy I need fresh light pink roses for Saturday. I either need new ones sent or my money back so I can go buy new ones. Dont waste your money and customer service is awful and a joke.

Read reviews on Wedding Wire before ordering. After noticing a repetitive review I did some research. This company frequently has orders that are held up by weather or customs. This happened 2 days before my wedding and left us searching for flowers for bouquets and centerpieces the day off the wedding. I will update when the flowers arrive here on the Monday after my wedding. Yep. The flowers are still sent after my wedding was over. Oh, let me not forget. I called and spoke with Pilar several times and she lied about the location of the flowers as well as the arrival dates and time. I even told her I spoke with the international department of UPS and they informed me that the Flowers had not left Bogata Columbia the day before my wedding. She promised they would be there first Friday then Saturday. She also refused to speak with me if in continued to be hysterical. Hows a bride to act when you are about to ruin her wedding. In regards to your respose the flowers I received where practically dead. I will post pictures.

Weve ordered twice from Global Rose, 50 on Mothers Day as a sort of test run and then 200 for our wedding. The packaging was excellent and completely protected the roses. Some have complained about their customer service which I cannot speak to; however, I will say that you should read their instructions and follow them which should prevent many of the issues Ive read about. Their 48hr policy is more like a minimum to have the roses in water. Our Mothers Day roses were delivered 48 hours in advance and looked amazing; however, we felt they looked even better on the third day. With that said, we ordered our wedding flowers 72hrs in advance, trimmed immediately then placed in water in a dark cool cellar, and then pruned them the night before the wedding after they had been in water 48hrs. Both times the flowers were wrapped in bundles of 25 and contained a food packed with each bundle.

I bought 2 seperate orders of flower and each order was for 42 roses per order and but when each order came in there only was 24 flowers in each order so i called the company and 3 different ladies said they would look into it and never got back to me by then i was upset so my buddy called for me and he was on the phone for 38 min with a guy that we had a hard time understanding and he told us that we were charged at the prices of when the flowers had shipped and that was 5 days later due to that they were very bussy, so i only got 24 flowers for the price that was on the site for the 42 flower price but he said thats what the price AT THAT TIME, so he offered for me to reture the flowers but would not send a call tag to pick them up.... this flower SUCKS and recommand for EVERYONE to never buy flower for these forigen people......
