Ya he ordenado dos arreglos, con Terra Flowers y el servicio y la atencion que me Han dado que ha side por telefono es maravillosas, las ordenes que he pedido todas Han llegado al tiempo y son precioso, y eso que no Vivo en Miami, Vivo en otro estado pero mi Novia vive en Miami y le Han encantado todos lots arreglos. Le doy una Alta recomendacion PORQUE son buenisimo Ive already ordered two arrangement , with Terra Flowers and service and attention they have given me has side by telephone it is wonderful , the orders I have asked all have come to time and are gorgeous, and why not live in Miami , Vivo in another state , but my girlfriend lives in Miami and you have all loved lots arrangements. I give a high recommendation because they are great.

Amazing Job!! So happy that I chose Heidi and her team at Terra Flowers for my special occasion. I walked into the appointment with nothing in mind, and walked out with a complete vision of my entire wedding. Heidi is truly an artist and she will work with you with what you may need. She gives you many options and ideas. I was truly impressed with work, she showed us tons of pictures of her work so that we had an idea of what things looked like. Their Facebook page is constantly updated and you can look at their work before coming to your appointment. Truly happy with how everything came out and look forward to using Terra Flowers again!

I would not recommended this shop to anyone. The lady that answers the phone is rude. I was trying to get prices for flowers for a wedding and kept being told that you have to come in I explained to them I live out of state was told to send a email for a quote sent several emails got no reply called back several time was kept being told send a email last time the lady was just like ok by and hung up in my face. Brides be ware spend your money some where where you are respected and they care.

Awful experience I ordered three presentation bouquets for my daughters ballet recital. Explicitly requested miniature roses which owner guaranteed she had and would be perfect for recital $70 later. When I picked up order nothing was as requested horrible old roses, large NOT miniature like I was promised or on order form! So disgusted with entire experience! The ladies at shop did nothing to fix problem they just stared and shrug shoulders! Not ever going here again!!!!!

Heidi is a blessing and wowed the guests at my wedding with her unbelievably beautiful flower arrangements ... they looked better than I could have ever imagined. Throughout the wedding planning process, Heidi was always available to answer the many questions my mom and I had. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered higher than my expectations ... thank you so much! Anyone would be lucky to have Terra Flowers as their florist for any event!

AMAZING Service, Very kind staff also very helpful in picking out colors and flowers for my arrangements, Heidi is definitely a professional when it comes to floral arrangements. 10/10 Recommend for any event or wedding. also had very nice everyday arrangements displayed in the front.
