Horrible service and an ugly arrangement! I have been a florist for 32 years and I have never seen such a poorly designed vase arrangement. I ordered "Beautiful in Blue" a Teleflora vase of flowers that I thought they could handle. Not even close! Just hideous gobs of baker fern which is not even in the arrangement one blue hydrangea and unrecognizable white flowers smashed in the middle. I had asked if they would take a picture of it and send it to my cell phone or email before they sent it and they said they certainly would. Never got the picture and now I know why. They obviously cannot even copy a picture! My sister in Port St. Lucie took a picture of it for me. When I called them about not receiving the picture, the girl on the phone said that it was the designers fault, and that she saw on my order that it was requested. Just blaming and passing the buck. I will never use this florist again nor will I recommend them to any relatives in Florida. At least in Ohio where I am a floral designer we make exactly what you want or better! What a bunch of hacks you are.

Excellent service! I called for a same day delivery and this gift was delivered within a couple of hours. Not only that, when the recipient did not answer their door or phone, Penny went above and beyond to contact them. She called me, I was able to contact them and I instructed her to leave it on their doorstep. They would be home momentarily. This worked out perfectly. When this little girl and her Mom drove up their driveway and spotted a teddy bear holding a bouquet of balloons sitting there , she was ecstatic!!! I have to give a shout out to the gal who I placed the order with as well (sorry, I forgot your name) . The teddy bear you chose is adorable!! She LOVES him!!

This is the 3rd time I order from them. Everytime they deliver 1 day before request and leave it on the front porch which is 1000 degree, so the flowers look like crap. This time I asked for an arrangement that cost me over $120 for mothers day, again it was delivered on the 8th instead of the 9th as per request. The arrangement called for 5 pink roses, the arrangement didnt have them, but were replaced with substandard flowers not equivalent to the cost of the 5 roses. The owner told me to simply return the flowers they will do something else…..couldnt of cared. Dont order with them…not worth your money

I have completed 2 transactions with Flowers By Susan. They are awesome. I ordered a Mothers Day plant over the phone and they delivered a fantastic 4ft Peace Lily. My wife and I love it. It was vibrant and thriving. I followed that up with a beautiful Azalea plant for a hospitalized patient of mine that I picked out in their happening floral shop on SW Port St Lucie. My patient loved it and I have never seen a bigger smile. I am sure that it will help her heal and head home faster. Thanks Flowers By Susan, management and rockin staff. This place is amazing!!! For Valentines day I received a delivery of flowers, but they were not good looking at all, some of them had freezer burn and I was missing some of them, next day husband called and told the what happened and right away apologized and got a new set of roses ready for me to replace the ones that were deliver. I was so surprised by the fact that they were so apologetic and got so quick to work on fixing the problems that I am amazed. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a great price, flowers & COSTUMER SERVICE. Thnks for my new roses they are beautiful.

This place is great. I called from Canada to have flower delivered to my girlfriend the next day in a resort in port St. Lucie. They were very helpful and my girlfriend loved the flowers. She said they were very extravagant witch is a statement as to how good they are at making floral arrangement. flower arrived on time and made my girl happy, I could not ask for more. Those guys (and gals) are very professional and they deserve your trust and your business.

From Texas, I chose this flower shop on line (based on reviews and a home owned business) for a delivery to family. They were so nice to deal with, calling to offer a substitute item because the item ordered on line was out of stock. It was also delivered first thing so the family could take care of other business for a funeral. Outstanding and quality customer service, thank you so much form Texas!!! If I could give zero stars I would... so unprofessional. Ordered flowers and balloons for my mom and Susan messed it up and when I called to complain they hung up on me 3 times and took them forever to refund me my money. I would never use them again. They ruined my moms mothers day. Dont let the ruin your special day.
