I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers received from this company, as well as the way the refused to fix the situation. Flowers were received on Thursday, with the wedding being on Saturday. Upon taking the flowers out of the box, we noticed most of the roses were wilted with brown spots. The cake topper had roses which had already turned brown as well. My MOH called Customer Service, and we were told to follow the care guide, which we already had. We knew that the water would perk them up, but thats not going to get rid of the brown spots. We sent them four different pictures that evening, and put together arrangements using what we could. Out of the 50 roses I had, we were able to use 30. I had 6 centerpieces, 3 bouquets, and 6 jars that were lining our aisle that I had planned on using the roses in. Being on a budget, as many brides likely are if they are doing their own flowers, I had counted on using every flower in the shipment. But I reasoned the company would fix it. I just wanted what I paid for. Friday AM, my MOH begins corresponding again with Customer service. They indicate they have only received one picture, when we had sent four that showed the full bunch of roses and the overall brown tint in many of them, a close up of my cake topper that had browned roses, rot that was present in a bunch of the hydrangea, and two close ups of specific roses that should have never even made it into the shipment. It was apparent there was NO quality control in the shipment whatsoever. Fast forward to 4PM that afternoon, and Customer Service is still indicating they received only one photo, and essentially explained that they couldnt do anything for us as far as getting more flowers to us. We wound up having to go out Saturday morning to buy more flowers. The roses we had put in the bouquets had also turned brown by that point. I will be looking into legal means of getting a refund on the product that could not be used.

BunchesDirect was by far the most affordable option I could find to purchase our wedding flowers which I was thrilled about! The ordering process was very easy and the flowers arrived on time. When I opened the box everything was packaged very nicely. All of the bouquets had wet green floral foam at the ends of the flowers to keep them hydrated. However, the box felt very warm inside and the flowers were just shipped in a regular cardboard box. Usually, when I order flowers, they are in a cool insulated box or they have an insulated liner to keep flowers fresh. There was also no plant food in the box and no care instructions. All of the flowers I had ordered were cream white roses. My bridal bouquet had cream white, purple, and pink flowers in it. It was very pretty, but actually wasn’t what I ordered. The one I ordered had lace accents in it, but the one I received had babies’ breath instead. It still looked nice, so I just went with it and didn’t have time to contact BunchesDirect to nitpick 2 days before the wedding. BunchesDirect ships their roses in bud form, so they still have the guard petals (you pick these off). Flowers usually look bad with the guard petals (people may not know this) and nearly every rose needed to be groomed and the outer layers of petals needed to be removed before I got to the nice part of the rose. Some of the roses were a bit smashed and some of the inside petals were already turning brown. So, I would say that white roses may be risky to order. I think a colored flower wouldn’t show the brown as easy. Overall, the flowers looked very nice for the wedding and I think photographed well!

Bunches direct should be ashamed at how they do business. I ordered specific flowers for my wedding, which were scheduled to arrive two days before the big day. Unfortunately, they did not send the correct flowers and I was missing half of my order. I spoke with a customer service rep who was very friendly and wrote down my information. She promised express delivery the next day. The flowers that arrived the next day were still missing parts of my order! I called back and spoke with two different reps, both of who assured me they would find out what the issue was and call me back. I never heard back from anyone. Now that my wedding is over, I have contacted bunches direct for a refund for my incorrect order. I have become increasingly angered at the lack of respect and customer service that this company has responded with. Just trying to get a refund for their mistake has turned into a huge headache. I was missing half the flowers I needed for our wedding and now I am dealing with a complete lack of respect for customer service. I would most definitely NOT recommend this company for your wedding or occasion flowers. I would suggest a different company that might actually deliver the correct product and have some respect for their customers.

AWFUL. Our order arrived the Wednesday before our wedding, however half of them were in terrible shape and unusable. After emailing about this, I received a phone call from someone at Bunches Direct on Thursday morning and she assured me that a replacement order would be sent, however we were leaving for our wedding venue just 20 minutes from home. The person agreed to send the flowers to our hotel on Friday and was very nice. HOWEVER WE NEVER RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT FLOWERS. I was busy with my rehearsal on Friday but kept checking to see if the flowers had arrived. They never did. I spent the night before my wedding crying and worrying as we had no flowers for bridesmaids OR half of the centerpieces. The next morning, the morning of my wedding, I called a sales number and the person had no idea what was going on and said they would get back to me. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. My loved ones had to rush to grocery stores to get whatever flowers they could find and we had to call a florist also. We spent way more than we had budgeted for to make it work. I spent my wedding morning worried about flowers that I thought I had taken care of months in advance. DO NOT USE THEM... SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY!

I was coerced into trying this company out for wedding flowers because of the low price. THANK GOODNESS I didnt count on them for my actual wedding and had to the good sense to test them out first. I ordered a bunch of flowers as a test run. THE FLOWERS NEVER SHOWED UP. I called after 3 weeks and asked what happened. the customer service wasnt able to tell me, which if fine. at this point I gained the knowledge of not counting on this company for my wedding flowers, but still wanted my refund on a product that was never sent out to me. The company promised me a discount, I keep calling and asking for a status, the representative says its been escalated, management has approved....all sorts of things you want to hear....but the actual refund never comes. Almost two months later the customer service rep tells me the company has been having problems with their paypal and that my refund will come over night. 3 days later and Im still waiting for that refund, the customer service line doesnt even pick up now. Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
