Hasta hace unos dias creia que está floreria estaba en las mejores de miami... hasta que el 30 de abril por mi cumpleaños. A dos amigas se les ocurrio enviarme flores y una cesta de chocolates y galletas.. a la llegada tido fue muy emocionante hasta que al segundo día todo el bucaro de orquideas que generalmente duran más de 15 días ya estaban malas (y ese mismo día recibí otras y aún hoy las tengo 16 de mayo) pero así no termina el domingo tengo una reunión y yo feLiz abrió mi cesta para brindar .y cuál fue mi sorpresa todos los productos vencidos desde febrero y marzo. 2013.. el lunes trato de llamar y para reCibir pedidos muy amables pero a las hora de formular la queja nadie te da respuesta y te dejan esperando por horas. . Voy a la tienda y de las flores Lada respuesta fue que ellos garantiza n por 48 horas y yo había pasado el tiempo de reclamación. Y lo de las gallEtas y chocolates fue un error al hacer la cesta. .. resumiendo... hay que pensar más de una vez en comprar ejem trias flowers.... al menos yo por ahí no piso más. ..y a mis amistades les agradeceria no usen esa floreria..

Let me start my review off by stating that I have been a loyal customer of Trias Flowers for over 15 years, and have received outstanding service, but find myself compelled to move on. My last experience was a complete disaster, with little to no effort on their part to address my concern. To make a long story short, I was notified 45 minutes before a funeral that they were not able to "verify" the telephone number for the services location which I provided them, which kept them from completing the order. They notified my 45 minutes before the service that there was little they could do, and that since they had not even made the order, even if I was to provide them the information they needed, they already had the driver out, and would not make it on time. need less to say, I couldnt find anyone to make they delivery on short notice. Prior to this experience, I never had an issue, but based upon this experience, I would not entrust them with my business again. A letter will follow to Hortencia Trias, because she needs to know why she is loosing loyal customers to her competitors. Update: I received a follow up phone call from the owner. After a detailed phone conversation, I felt that they would make sure the issue would be addressed in the future. While I/they cannot go back in time to resolve the issue, I feel that once the owner was made aware of the situation, the matter was addressed moving forward. Mistakes happen...I was unfortunate, and this one issue should not tarnish an otherwise an impeccable track record.

Dont Get Your Flowers From Here...delivery service is horrible!!! Not even on time. Didnt receive flowers during the hours I specified. Now, I understand it was Valentines Day, but still if you order online, and they ask you for delivery time, well it should at least be delivered at that time right? Apparently not. The specified delivery hours section of the order form is basically meaningless, and they didnt make that clear, explicitly at all. Also the fact that it was marked that delivery was for a business would certainly imply that the recipient would only be there for a limited time, usually 5 pm...not 9pm Also, I understand that Valentines Day is hectic but you are a florist and during Valentines Day, it is very foreseeable that you will have a TON of business, and thus have to accommodate the increased orders. For a business thats been in existence since 1912, this should certainly be clear. But it seems like this problem was not contemplated by this "family" business. So the gist is, get your flowers from somewhere else. If not, your Valentines Day would probably be ruined... *update - after waiting till 9 pm for the flowers to get to my gfs place, get a call from delivery person. Basically they dropped it off somewhere else and was not going to do anything about it, because the shop was closed. Valentines Day ruined...

The last 2 times Ive placed an order with Trias has been a horrible experience. Placed an order online and my orders were pushed back to the next day, without my consent. They made no effort in getting a hold of me, not even by email to state delivery could not be made. In addition an email was sent out at 5pm stating delivery was set for the date intended, not that a change had been made.... Customer service, extremely poor. Spoke with Cindy and she made no effort in accommodating my order. In fact, she was extremely rude and suggested I cancel rather than trying to see how she could fix the situation. She went on to suggesting a courier and then said it would be extremely expensive, trying to elude me from actually taking up her offer. Coming from a reputable company I am completely dumbfounded. Customer service should be about trying to accommodate customers and their satisfaction. Had she handled the situation differently maybe having to wait an extra day wouldnt have been so awful. I very much doubt my family or I will order from here again after this.

My mom passed away unexpectedly & needed to be buried the same day. Upon arriving @Trias florist I explained that I needed flowers for the coffin to be prepared & delivered w/in 2 hours. Lara, sales rep was extremely accommodating & flowers were prepared & delivered on time. Amazing feat. This is an extremely professional & reputable establishment & I know they went above & beyond their duty to accommodate me on such short notice. I highly recommend this business for their gorgeous flowers, diligent staff & their dedication to excellence. Their customers satisfaction is their top priority. Do not hesitate to utilize the services of this establishment. They are second to none.

Ive used many flower shops and national chains to send flowers across the country. Most times they were either not delivered, delivered a day late, delivered with decaying flowers or were not as pictured on-line. I was pleasantly surprised that Trias Flowers actually delivered as promised and, according to my aunt, the flowers were as beautiful as pictured on the website. My uncle died and I wanted to provide my aunt with a heartfelt arrangement. The sales associate was kind and patient. I plan on sending several other arrangements to my aunt, post funeral, over the next few months and use Trias Flowers.

I did not want to give them even one star, they dont deserve that star. I have ordered flowers for my friend in her birthday, they gave it to another person, and they let that person sign for it. My friend did not receive anything, and when I called the store they said I can contact the person who signed it!!!! How can I contact them while I am in a different state. I dont recommend this store at all!!!!

They dont even deserve one star, the customer service is horrible, I made a request online and I got an answer 10 days after that, I made the mistake to place the order and they didnt send the arrangement as I specified many times and they didnt even put the note in the flowers. Its awful, dissapointed, they didnt answer my complains, they simply dont care. I will never recommend this place.
