Since the first time I ever called the florist to place an order for a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend (mind you, I was in Puerto Rico at the time) and I received such wonderful customer service. The bouquet was absolutely stunning; they went above and beyond my expectations meeting every little detail to the t. Every time I call for a floral arrangement they always remember who I am and work with me to achieve perfection. Today June 24th 2011 I placed an order of 5 bouquets each with a different request; they listened to every detail I said and they follow through wonderfully. I recommend this florist shop to everyone. Kudos to this shop and their gifted employees!

Was excited to find a place that I can order and get advice on bridal bouquet, however, was left very disappointed...visited store on a very busy time and agreed to wait for a phone call, which never happened so stopped at the store. The owner was very rude and unhelpful, didnt even wanted to listen why I am there, his answer was we are busy and no time to call, we might give you a call later in a week! Where is customer service? How does small business generate revenue by treating potential customers this way? Anyways, their loss is other small business gain. btw - all the flowers were dehydrated and wilted... --

I was browsing around the flower shop one afternoon while waiting for a friend and some of the staff struck up conversation with me. I ended up being in the store for more than an hour and bought the most amazing bouquet. 2 weeks later it was still proudly displayed on my mantle. EXCELLENT SERVICE & FRIENDLY STAFF is clearly their key to success. I recommend them to everyone I speak to!!!!

I ordered a birthday bouquet from Stamford Florists and it was delivered promptly and the flowers were great. My wife was happy, so I am happy :-) Great customer service, they pick up the phone promptly and answer any questions. Also, the delivery person called me from location to confirm if she can take the flowers up in case I had something planned or something, which I thought was cool.

I needed a bouquet for a family member, and Im so lucky I called Stamford Florist first. They created a beautiful arrangement, stayed in my price range, and delivered my flowers immediately. On top of that, their customer service was impeccable: prompt, polite, and helpful. I cant remember the last time a staff made my life so easy. EXCELLENT.

Hated the atmosphere. The people cant communicate, and their call service sucks. Dont bother. Im never visiting Stamford again.
