Ordered a $60.00 "deluxe" bouquet of pink roses with some small blue and red flair filler flowers in a square glass vase for my girlfriend recently. Upon seeing the flowers I was incredibly dissapointed. I was expecting a much bigger arrangement with much more flair. Why? Because thats what the picture online showed. Big beautiful roses with lots of nice, full flair and filler aroind the bottom/sides. $80 purchase with tax and delivery. The item I recieved was tiny compared to what I thought I bought. I actually went ahead and took the flowers out and readjusted them to make the peice look fuller, because my brother told me it looked rushed and I agreed. I shouldnt have to touch anything. Didnt do much either way. The pictures online do not show the peice in a way where you can get an idea of the actual size. I called and told the douche on the phone I wasnt happy and he offered 10% back on the price before tax and delivery. $6, thanks. Never again. And these places wonder why they lose business! 1-800-Flowers next time for sure.

I contacted Bruces to provide flowers for my companys Grand Opening party on September 20. It was my first time ordering from them. I was able to reach the owner right away, and he gave me excellent suggestions about how to get the best value for my budget. I e-mailed them a copy of the diagram for the arrangements and drop off a check without the usual drama of sitting down and having to go through the details line by line as many other florists have asked me to in the past. The arrangements arrived on time, were true to my color scheme, and as a compliment, exceeded my budget without charge. Guests commented on them throughout my event saying they were gorgeous, and some people asked to take them home. The arrangements lasted well beyond the next week so my customers could enjoy them at our store. Overall, my experience at Bruces was excellent, better quality than any other local option for the same amount of money, and they exceeded my budget which I appreciated. Go there, you will not be disappointed!

Main Connection

Poor! I called at 3:30 ... admittedly a half hour before closing. The guy tells me the employee has their key in the door..and they cant put anything together for me...and wont make a delivery to the door literally right next to them. Business must be good when its no problem to blow off a customer. I buy, or should I say bought, flowers from here several times a year. I guess its not enough to qualify me for reasonable customer service. I suggest making your employees work until closing time..but..thats just me.

I have used Bruces 4-5 times now. This last time that I used Bruces I ordered Blue Hydrangeas to celebrate someones signing with a company whose main color was blue. Unfotrunately, pink hydrangeas were sent in its place. I called the store and talked with the owner and he had blue flowers sent to her on the same day. Therefore, I would absolutely recommend this location; however, I would insist on talking to an associate on specific instructions as "may be substituted" could cause the intent of the gift to change.

Thanks Bruce and Team! Got Valentines day flowers, but had to shift delivery at the last minute. Got the flowers on time and in excellent condition! My wife loves them! This excellent local florist will never be as cheap as the online guys, but they do excellent work, provide value for the money, and you never feel like the vase is half empty. Thanks again! Nick

I sent flowers to a client a while back after I had seen what he paid $400.00 for I told Bruce what was in the arrangement and Bruce sent a much nicer arrangement for 25% of the price.. When the client called me back to tell me how beautiful they were I told them what I had done and what I had paid... They loved it and have been using Bruces ever since

On Valentines day Bruce and his crew rushed me a dozen sunflowers last minute and saved me! My girlfriend was so delighted with the presentation and quality and I looked like a hero. Great service, selection and quality. Would highly recommend!
