Avoid this place at all costs! They will tell you all of the reviews on yelp arent from real people with real experiences but here I am writing this because I Also went through it. I should have realized when the first thing Jack said to me was to ignore all the yelp reviews and even had books of pages printed out with good reviews when you first walk in to the old place. A successful company doesnt need to try so hard to convince you that they "wont let you down" My review is REAL! To start off, these people dont ever answer there phone! The first sign of how unprofessional they are! The first time I called I left a message and was told THROUGH TEXT that they werent in because of a "huge" event. I booked my appointment through a txt with jack and didnt think much of it. I met with jack and gave a $1,000 deposit because the prices seemed reasonable, I went home and a few months later(I booked very early before my wedding) something told me to do some more research on this place because the price was too good to be true and jacks comment about yelp stood on my mind. I come on to yelp and to my surprise 2 stars, I tried to ignore it and think of reasons as to why some of these things stated in the reviews occurred. A few weeks went by and I called to make an appointment for my center piece design as stated on the long unorganized contract they have (another sign of an unprofessional business) no one answered, I yet again received an automated txt stating that they were at another event but this time in Europe and that they wouldnt be around all weekend. This got me upset! The txt messages need to Stop!! I asked If i could speak to a real human and was responded back through TEXT saying they wont be in and I cant speak to anyone. The weekend went by and no one called me back, so I called again and decided I no longer wanted to have my centerpieces made because how can I trust them come the day of my wedding??? I understood the refund policy and asked if I could use MY money towards church decorations and other things. I was told I was not allowed. Why am I not allowed to use the money I gave them?! She hung up On me and was sent a txt saying I will receive a call from someone. That was back in January, my wedding is in 3 months and I still have yet to hear from anyone! These people are so unprofessional. When I told them I was taking them to small claims court they said "you wont get your money back but you could try". I hope no one else goes through this after spending so much money on a wedding. Terrible!!! Im looking forward to jacks nasty response to my yelp review as I see he has done with every other potential client. My lawyer will be contacting them soon! Stay away!!! GO TO PEDESTALS! SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEAUTIFUL WORK!

Wow! I wish I could give these folks 10 stars! I cannot understand why their overall rating stands as it does because I have never met more gracious people! We actually met Jack & Patty through Crest Hollow Country Club and I immediately fell in love upon visiting their shop. The shop is beautiful and their impeccable design aesthetic is immediately apparent. By far, Jack was my absolute favorite vendor for the wedding. He and Patty worked tirelessly to ensure we got everything we wanted and were so full of good ideas it was amazing! The appointment was a breeze because we got plenty of inspiration from all the display pieces they had and my mom and I are naturally very decisive people. Then, a twist of bad luck and my wedding at the country club got cancelled due to visa restrictions on the family of my British fiance and we moved the entire wedding to England. However, my parents didnt want to do completely forego doing something stateside so we had a small shindig elsewhere. When I reached out to Jack to tell him the news, he was so genuinely heartbroken for the difficulties and offered his services at the new venue. We discussed the centerpieces for the new venue and he did a stunning wall of flowers on my stage which made every photo STUNNING. The team showed up exactly when expected and got right to work. When I arrived, his coordinator approached me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. It was simply a magical night!! Jack and Patty are the most considerate, warm and wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They and the team will work tirelessly to make sure your vision is even better in real life than you couldve fathomed. They are prompt and open in their communication. They source fresh, beautiful flowers for the centerpieces and the price is right! This business has really made a place in my heart. I wish Jack all the best in carrying out his beloved fathers vision and pray that he finds continuous prosperity. That wish is a bit selfish, i will admit, because I need him for my 10th anniversary party in the states haha! Love you guys to the moon and back and cannot express my gratitude enough for your patience, understanding and professionalism. PS- The only point of criticism I can think of is that as some other people have pointed out, they should have uniform font on the contract. It is the job of the customer to thoroughly read and understand what they are signing up for and if they do desire, they can mark up a separate copy for clarity. Just my two cents!

I sincerely hope this reaches engaged couples who are in search of a florist. Jack and Rose are very unprofessional and take cash only transactions. They have horrible customer service. All engaged couples understand planning a wedding can be frustrating “Jack” in particular is a very rude sneaky man. He comes of as if he cares but you will notice that once he pushes you in selecting a center piece, they throw around floral verbiage as if you were a florist in your past life and should know every flower in the book. The center pieace we selected was nothing like what they presented to me weeks before my wedding. Jack failed to mention the vase in the picture was no longer available and the vase made the center piece remarkable, this is after he took my cash only non-refundable depoist. When you visit a florist it should be a learning experience considering the flowers are the vocal point of your wedding. Please understand that Jack and Rose have very limited hours and show frustration and attitude if you are unable to meet their limited time frame for appointments. I took a total of 5 days off from work to accommodate their time schedule. I am writing this because I put together my final number for my wedding and advised Jack and Rose the week of my wedding that I will need one additional center piece. They expressed that I must travel out to there location after I spent 3k in cash to guarantee payment for this one additional center piece before they start making it. I spoke to Jack directly and explained I’m unable to travel from nyc to their location for an arrival time of 1pm. He proceeded to speak aggressively and over me advising there is no cash in the shop to buy the supplies for the one additional center and he can let me borrow money but he did not feel comfortable doing so. He spoke to me loudly and in an unprofessional manner. When I explained that I’m the customer and I appreciate him accommodating our needs, he lost it. He proceeded to explain he’s not accommodating me but breaking his rules ….this is after I paid this horrible place over 3k. He then screamed at me expressed that his co-workers father was on his death bed and he didn’t have time for this and that he will not accommodate my request. After he hung up on me I called several times with my fiancée as this call truly took a lot out of me. I will be on a crusade to protect other engaged couples from being swindled!!!
