I called about having flowers delivered for my mother on here birthday. The first lady I spoke with asked me how much I wanted to spend. I said $50, I was immediately charged $63. I gave her two contact #s and apparently my mom wasnt home. Instead of calling me, they just left a note on the door which she never got. I awkwardly asked my mom halfway into the following day if she got my gift and she said no! Thats when I spoke with the very rude, snippy and extremely condescending manager. I explained that its no longer her birthday and the arrangement is late and pointless. She then had an attitude and had the nerve to say they should have charged me a second delivery fee but it was a courtesy. I honestly feel robbed, I was charged $13 more than I asked and it was late and pointless. The customer service was terrible, they are either monotone and seem unfriendly or just plain rude! Oh and I just received a picture mail of the flowers and it wasnt what I ordered!!!

Farmingdale born and bred, now living in Europe. Sometimes that special occasion arises back home and I want to be present, even when I cant be there. Who you gonna call? -- Dindas Flower Shop! (Now Flower Shop of Fdale I believe, but will always be Dindas to me) -- a Farmingdale institution. Its changed hands from back in the day but still just as trustworthy. Lovely, efficient staff. Gorgeous flowers. What more is there to say? Except, thank you, for making family and friends very, very happy with your beautiful flowers.

My mom has been using Jeanette for years from everything to birthdays, funerals and Christmas arrangements. She always gets compliments. For my wedding Jeanette went above and beyond my expectations!!! She listened to all my ideas but gave a few suggestions that might make the colors pop a little more. She was right!! Everything was organized and labeled and they were there on time!!! Thank you to everyone at the Flower Shop of Farmingdale but especially Jeanette who made my wedding day that much better!!!!

Flower Shop of Farmingdale succeeded my expectations! I planned my wedding long distance and was only able to come to the shop once or twice to discuss flower arrangements. Flower Shop of Farmingdale not only offered me a variety of flowers (unlike many flower shops who usually only promote roses for wedding florals) but they were also extremely affordable and were very welcoming and polite! My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were even more beautiful than what I had in mind!

Your wedding day is a day you need to depend on the people you hire. Well, this business is not dependable! They cancelled on me a month before my wedding. And now every other florist is booked. What makes it worse is that I live out of town and had everything set with them months prior. Who would do this to someone? Terrible business people with no heart. They deserve no stars.

Was looking for a sympathy standing spray from our office and didnt see exactly what I was looking for online, so I described what I wanted. Flowers were fresh, beautiful and exactly as I requested. Staff was efficient and pleasant, and emailed me both a delivery confirmation and a thank you for the business afterwards. I would definitely recommend Flower Shop of Farmingdale.

I have used this florist a few times and their customer service and turnaround on a dime is unbelievable!!...I have tried other florists in the area and have not had near the positive experience...My sister was overwhelmed with the arrangements she received. In addition, they both arranged and delivered the flowers within an hour!!! They are the Best!! Patricia

They do phenomenal work and pay attention to every little detail. Jeanette did our wedding and everyone was very impressed. For whatever occasion I need, they are able to put together beautiful arrangements and make the deliveries when requested. I personally wont use any other florist, and I always ask for Jeanette because she does excellent work.

Beautiful! Found you online-sending flowers and a custom basket from NH! Having only discussed ideas over emails and the phone, we were thrilled with the results. Very easy to work with and my mom was overjoyed with the beauty and selection we chose to put in the basket. Much better than fruit! Will totally use you guys again! Dawn

During a very difficult time, (my husbands passing) your shop made making the arrangements a lot easier. The job was spectacular and very fairly priced, which was important being on a fixed budget. Just wanted to say thank you for a job very well done and that you have customers for life!

They do not know how to treat customers. If someone is dissatisfied they believe they do not need to do anything but make another arraignment. Sorry you missed the moment and now I do not need the flowers, just my money back. But no money and they will keep the flowers you return!!!!

Customer service sucks, I called wanting to have flowers delivered for valentines but the lady who answered was rude ask me to hold then hanged up on me while leaving me on hold. Nice way to run a business when there is three more flower shops on the same ave!!
