I grew up in levittown and and now live at the Jersey shore, i had gotten flowers from Phil many times. My mom still lives there so I ordered her mothers day flowers from Phils and it was the most beautiful vase and flowers I have ever gotten for her. She still has them 2 weeks later and they are as beautiful as the day she recieved them. The price was so much better than anyone around and I will recommend them to everyone. Couldnt get past the attitude of the person who greeted us there today. Sad, because I grew up nearby and would walk to this florist as a kid to get my mom flowers. Ive called in orders in the past, too. I havent lived in the area in years but came by today to get her some birthday flowers. I had to walk out based on the treatment me and my girlfriend received. Never using them again.

ONLINE BAIT AND SWITCH Ordered a Plant and Flower Basket, basket was supposed to be "lovely nantucket basket" and what arrived was a cheap lightweight wood basket that costs $3 at a craft shop. They were very rude, said it was my fault for not checking of the (IMAGINARY, IT IS NOT ON THE WEBSITE) button that said "no substitutions". DO NOT USE THESE GONIFS!

Pat received so nicely the Girl Scouts Troop 3228, He helped the girls to create their own wristlet, show them how to make a "love bear" and gave them a calendar and a rose to bring home. Since we go only there and we are always happy of the service, quality and prices "Flowers by Phil" give us. Thank you so much

Pretty Flowers but when i was with my son buying a boquet i noticed the female owner was being rude to the young man helping me when he was doing nothing wrong and he looked very upset which was concerning.
