Paul Niemann is a top notch serviceman! He has been our family mechanic for the past 4 years and look forward to continuing our service with him. He is an honest person, who wont have you throw away money on repeated fixes if your car is not worth it. He also works with your budget, to find the most economical and practical way to repair your vehicle. I live in the city, but gladly travel an hour, specifically for Pauls expertise. In general, the staff seems friendly. Someone always offers my daughter a coloring book with stickers and crayons while we wait. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with a television, free WiFi, mobile phone charging station and a small section for children to sit and color/play. Near the waiting area is a vending area, where you can purchase snacks, cold beverages and coffee. The ladies room is always impeccably clean. Toilets, faucets, soap dispensers and hand dryers are all motion sensored and a hand sanitizer dispenser is adjacent to the door. The bathroom also has a changing table and a flat screen TV. I appreciate the treatment I receive at Suresky and Id recommend Pauls service ten times over! They are fortunate to have him on staff!

Not very professional in any sense of the word. So glad we didnt buy from them. The salesperson, Peggy wouldnt work with us nor budge in what she could have offered. She couldnt even find the car which was sitting right in front of her all the time. If you want professional salespeople and no pressure, willing to work with you and goes the extra mile to make you happy.. then I would suggest skipping Sureskys and head on over to Healeys Hyundai in Beacon, NY. So glad we did. Today a brand new 2017 Tucson Sport in Dazzling White is sitting in our driveway!!!

Poor service. Sales associate was excellent. Once final price discussions began a manager stepped in to sign off. He was rude and obnoxious first to his own staff and then to me, the customer. I explained to the financial manager that because of this behavior I would gladly go elsewhere and even be willing to pay more. That week I went to Newburgh and purchased my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude for the same price with excellent service. I contacted the sales associate to let him know. The tone and demeanor of the manager was an embarrassment.

I went to Sureskys to look for a 4 wheel drive SUV and was greeted by John Lusuriello, who sold me My Sonata 10 years ago. This is my third purchase from Sureskys. He found me the perfect SUV and I took a test drive with Carlos Flores who also was top notch. Bill Milano did all of the paper work, Paul showed me all the gadgets, then Carlos Flores followed me home I signed the title of the Sonata over and I have my 2017 Hyundai Tucson. What a pleasure it was to do business with such professionals!

I was worried when I wanted to trade in my 2014 Hyundai Sonata and found out the previous sales person at Suresky was no longer there... but I was directed to Rich ("Rich the Car Guy") Figurelli, and was not disappointed. I didnt get anything like the "whats it going to take to get you into this car today, little lady" mentality... He was fair, nice, prompt and easy to deal with. I would def recommend him to anyone wanting a Hyundai (I got the Sonata Sport BTW and L-O-V-E it).

Suresky had a nice variety of cars to choose from at the dealership. I tested two different cars and was thrilled to be driving the car off the lot the same day. All of the paperwork was completed for me without the pressure that Ive experienced from other car dealerships in the past. I highly recommend Suresky as they handled my car buying experience with the utmost professionalism and respect.

I see there are several paid reviews here, but I can assure you this one is not. You will also see that most reviews here are from men. When I asked for simple copies of paperwork that I signed, I was treated with disrespect and impatience. As a woman, I would not recommend visiting this dealership. I regret the time I spent here and would urge you to avoid it.
