4/20/17 - Update HOT HEADED OWNER CALLED AND THREATENED THAT WE BETTER REMOVE NEGATIVE REMARKS OR ELSE. If I could give this car dealership a negative number I would give it. After finding out about the negative review the owner decided he would call and try to bully us to have the negative review removed. He said he would make a copy of the last check we gave to them to finish up the deposit. Now mind you the first 3 checks given to them were cashed with no problem the last check, we asked them to hold for 2 days which would have been a payday. The dealership cashed the check the same day it was given to them. Of course the check bounced, they wouldnt admit their mistake then and NOW instead of trying to find a way to make things right, the owner calls to threatened us. THIS OWNER IS VERY HOT HEADED AND BULLISH, not something you would expect from someone who owns a business. __________________________________________________________________________ 3/30/2017 - Unfortunately I have to edit this post. Deal gone bad. The initial deal with this dealership was very smooth but then it took a turn for the worse. We paid 2/3 of the deposit and had to make arrangements for the 1/3 and was given the business ever since. The dealership said sure come in we will work an arrangement with you and then basically made it clear that they needed the 1/3 to get the tags. They agreed upon 80% of the 1/3 which covered tags that were due to expire within a week. The dealership would not get the tags until the rest of the money was paid off unbeknownst to us. So the tags expired. Although the 80% of the money that was paid was to cover the tags and registration in the initial arrangement, they wouldnt even go and get the tags until they had the other 20% of the money in house which was to cover the warranty on the car. So they have a real laissez faire way of doing things and its a real turn off. I recommended this place to several people but now I would say buyer beware. Make sure that if you dont have your initial deposit dont make any agreements with them because they dont hold true to their word and they have no empathy for your circumstances. They are just ruthless. ______________________________________________________________________ I rarely write reviews but I had to write about this place. When I found a car that my husband had been looking at World Class Automobiles the transaction couldnt have gone any smoother. Other dealerships wanted to take us through the ringer, trying to add every commission based feature possible. Not World Class Automobile. They were honest and to the point. They let us know right upfront that our down payment wouldnt be enough to cover tax, title, and fees. They tried to work out all the possible kinks before running our credit and we were out of there in less than an hour with our new car. No extra fee, no flim flam double talk, and Eli was so informative and very nice. He didnt give us the business. Oh and OMG he had some beautiful cars. I would go back and try it again hopefully this wasnt a fluke.

This wasnt a review I was looking to write, but the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and convenience made it an easy one to do. I went to World Class Autos "sister location" Deals on Wheels on 3/30/17 to look at and purchase a car. I was ready to buy the car that night but there were some minor issues with it. Steve told me hed send the car to their main location, World Class Auto in South River to be looked at because he didnt want to sell a car that needed work which would hurt their reputation (the irony here is outstanding). To make a long story short, that was the last I saw the car or heard from anyone. After repeated calls and a couple messages left with no call backs it wasnt until I had to actually drive to the main location (World Class Auto) to inquire about the car, almost two weeks later, that I was told the car was sold without anyone contacting me to even tell me it was ready. Avoid at all costs. This place is not worth the time and aggravation and the level of ineptitude is infuriating. They clearly value a sale much more than treating their customers right.

I purchased out of state through ebay. Salesman was Eli, the dealership lied about condition of vehicle. They stated it was pristine when in fact there are multiple issues. The shipper they used looked like a mobster, and threw a fit when I was trying to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. I dont know if he lied or not when he said he had no control over issues with vehicle and could do nothing if there was an issue. Any time I wanted information I had to call dealership, they never called me to discuss the process, even though every conversation ended with "Well call you if anything new arises". I tried to contact and resolve issues and am ignored. I dont usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to. I never purchased a vehicle long distance and was burned the first time. If you are purchasing a vehicle from out of state, DO NOT trust them.

I met Bobby Shaw and David Banks when I began my search for a good used car; my first meeting with Bobby, I was impressed by his professionalism and good nature - upon understanding that he is the owners son and then realizing the dealership is family-owned and governed, I became more impressed of Bobbys maturity for such a young 20-something-year-old! This is when I had to meet his dad and mom! And after meeting them, I was hooked on purchasing a car from this dealership just because of their honest approach to people - they make you feel welcomed - and I am referring to their whole staff, including David Banks! Thanks you all for being a dealership of good character!

Bought a Subaru from this place with "no known mechanical flaws." Since buying this car 5 months ago Ive had to replace the drive shaft, rear differential, all four wheels, and tires. The wrong spark plugs were on the car so now those have to be replaced and a tune up needs to be done. Owner sold me the car with a "power-train warranty" and tried to tell me the drive shaft and rear differential were not a part of that. His mechanic that he sent me to told me I should not have to pay for it and wouldnt accept my money, only good thing that came out of this was finding an honest mechanic.

Eli was really great, I called early on a Friday to go in at 6 and showed up an hour later because of traffic(I came from an hour and a half away) Despite having no customers in the shop Eli waited for me to arrive. The car I looked at was in way better condition better than expected for a car of its age and mileage and Eli was happy to answer any questions and concerns I had. He even went out of his way to allow me to use his own dealer plate to test drive the car. I was taken very seriously and respected even as a younger buyer. I will certainly be back to do more business here.
