any reviews beside google about this place is made up and paid for by the dealership, been in the car business for a long time from sales to manger to finance but i never share that with no one when i buy a car, after few attempts in trying to find a deal i ended up with jay, after them failing in scoring on me ..they used one of the old tricks which makes you believe you got the deal you want , in order to put you to sleep than trying to sneak numbers in finance..if you really want to a good, honest , and a heck of a deal on linclon ask for Liz at Lincoln of queens..it might be far, and the only reason i didnt end up there myself, because she was honest with me and told me that her manger is not going to give me a value for my trade, but if i still want the deal on the new car she offered, where no one was able to come close to that deal..i can still go and get the deal..bottom line if you have a trade prestige Lincoln is your best bet, but if you want to buy or lease a new Lincoln with no trade involved, ask for Liz at Lincoln of queens..

When you walk in, you instantly feel at ease and welcomed. You are not bombarded by salesmen attacking you. The salesmen bend over backwards to help you achieve the best deal for your wallet. I am a 5 time leader of theirs having just leased my 5th car from them. NEVER have I had a bad experience. They are the BEST OF THE BEST! You will never be wrong by doing business with THE IRWIN TEAM! They stand by your side and their word. Totally Painless Process I have bought new cars in the past, and one reason I keep them so long (I traded in a 19 year old Honda Civic and a 17 year Mazda Miata) is that the process of buying a new car has been so unpleasant in the past. Everyone at Irwin Mazda was very friendly and welcoming, and dealing with Wayne was a pleasure. He actually made the process fun! I will definitely recommend him and Irwin Mazda, and I will not hesitate to go back there when I decide to buy my next car.

Mechanic was very efficient; got me out quickly. Was quoted 3 different prices for the work done. One price was their, alleged, "special" price, another was with a "coupon" and the third price was with another "coupon" (2nd one I got in mail) that I received two days before my appointment. Whats going on?? Why all the inconsistencies? Why should there be a $30 difference for this basic oil change job?

I was quite satisfied with my 30000 mile service on my cx5 at irwin mazda. They started promptly, communicated what needed to be done, applied available discounts to bring the cost down did the job and washed the car in under 90 minutes while I waited. The service parts department staff gave us very unpleasant experience after 2 years of great relationships: 1. To change oil took 2.5 hours instead of 1 hour promised. 2. After requesting additional service the staff refused to perform it claiming that there were any. 3. Instead of just simple sorry lots of excuses and blaming were made. Will not recommend the service.

Incredibly honest and thoughtful group of individuals. Though I did not purchase here, my requests were followed up on and exceeded. Jay was immensely helpful. I requested a Carfax which I received immediately as well as other detailed reports which I had not requested. Incredibly thoughtful, considering I live an hour+ away.

Whats the point of appointments if you are not going to service the car immediately at that time while I wait? I scheduled a time for oil change and standard service which was included with the lease of the vehicle, which used to take 30-45 minutes at Maywood Lincoln, but here its been 30 minutes and they havent even moved my car!

Went in for an urgent recall and found out there were five recalls. Irwin was pretty quick, had to hold the car over night- received the car back spotless. Only issue I have is back area under bumper had defective paint and looks worn its a 2014.
