My story starts on this past Thursday night. It was freezing outside and my roommate and I had decided that picking up insomnia cookies would be a good idea. We stopped by the restaurant to order some of these delicious treats that are known to be more than exceptional. Upon walking in we were greeted- if thats what they call it- by a bunch of guys mumbling things to us as they walked in from their cigarette breaks. We stood there for a minute to look at the menu when we found that Insomnia has now added cupcakes to their menu. So, I made an impulse buy, I ordered one of their red velvets with the sour cream frosting. When I opened the box I found a tiny, old, less-than-appetizing cupcake. How did I know it was a little beyond fresh? The top part of the cupcake was hard, it had clearly just been frosted since the guy in the back took an extra minute or two to bring it out. That happened to be my other issue, the frosting probably would have looked more appetizing if the guy in the back had just jizzed all over the top instead. It looked like they had run out of frosting and just managed to squeeze a little smidge out of their bag to cover about half of the hard top of my impulsive purchase. Lesson learned: stick to the cookies, dont go for the cupcakes. Take it from the guy who took our order, "theyre eh... could be better."

Used to love insomnia. The delivery time is insanely long. 3 + hours now and still nothing. Called, their answering service is the worst answering service Ive ever dealt with. First time called 2 hrs into waiting they sent some coupon by email and said there was only one driver. Okay understandable. Called 3 hrs into waiting, same lady," oh they closed 2 hours ago." "No we talked to you an hour ago and you are open until 3 am. Its 1015." "Oh hold please. You are next on the list we are sorry for your wait we are sending you a coupon".... yeah never again. Oh look its been 4 hours now.

Theyre cookies are great, probably the best Ive ever had! However, their delivery service isnt all too great. I processed an order ahead of time, and since they didnt show up an hour after they were supposed to, I called Insomnia and they told me that the cookies Id ordered were sold out and they were waiting for me to call and tell them what I wanted my order changed to... How was I supposed to know they were sold out? They didnt call or email me. Anyways, if you want Insomnia, its better to walk in than to order online.

I ordered at 11 pm and my order didnt arrive until 2:40 AM. I called 4 times and only the last person had an explanation as to why the order took so long to get to me. Still not ok, I was ready to sleep by then. Cookies are tasty, but when are cookies not tasty? Kind of expensive too, a dozen cookies cost $15.50, more than a dollar each. Not happy at all with their delivery service. Each time I called they assured me my order would be the next one out, but clearly it was not. :(

Placed an order online and had an offer for three free cookies with the order. I selected this, and after a long wait, the delivery service did not deliver the extra cookies with my order. Furthermore, the line on the receipt for the offer was crossed out in Sharpie, and the delivery guy quickly got back in the car before I could mention it. Customer service would not pick up when I called. Dont let them pull a Suburban Express on you; take your order somewhere else next time.

This is literally my first negative review ever. Im a firm believer in trying to keep my reviews positive..however, the estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes..I waited over an hour and 10 minutes to call and check the status of my order and the lady said it had not left the store yet..I cant review the cookies themselves because I had to void the order. We have work in the morning. The store has a great concept, but they should maybe consider hiring another driver or two.

Took 1 hour and 15 minutes, I had a milk in my order and they didnt bring it, the delivery guy asked me if they called me and I said they didnt and then he didnt really do anything. The cookies werent stone cold but they were definitely cooled down and not as gooey as they promise to be. This was the first time in a while that I ordered from here and I honestly dont think I will again.

I usually really like insomnia cookies but I was disappointed today. My cookies were ok— they were cold when I received them. Also, the delivery guy ended up parking like half a block away and I HAD TO WALK TO HIS CAR WINDOW TO PICK UP MY ORDER. I have never had to do that before with a delivery, so I dont know if thats their new rule or the guy was just lazy or something?

Horrible Delivery. Not on time. At all. There is no number to call directly so youre left to just wait. I would suggest not paying online. I made an order online, paid, even gave a tip and they missed three cookies. 3 COOKIES. But how do I tell them? What number directly do I call? Exactly. I had an event for these cookies to be at and they were late....horrible service.

Amazing cookies. Absolutely worth going for. It is a very small location, as they tend to be more focused on delivery rather than in-store shopping. This place also has amazing ice cream, though many only know if for cookies. It is fairly pricey, but believe me when I say that its worth it.

They have great cookies if you go to their store to get them. They have terrible delivery service and customer service. Called customer service THREE times and got no help. Its been two and a half hours and I still havent gotten my cookies. Im not counting on actually getting them.

Man....ordered the cookies at 7:03. its now 9:50 and the cookies still havent arrived. How hard is it to make cookies and deliver them? Called customer service twice, the second time I was on hold for 5 minutes before the guy said the same thing as the first person who I called.

Amazing cookies! The service was excellent and they were very friendly. The only con is that the Green street address for Insomnia Cookies is not valid, the actual store is around the corner. But, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for cookies or ice cream.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Get a cookie sandwich or a cookie a la mode if it is your first time their. The ice cream is surprisingly good and pairs really well with a warm cookie! Warning: Prices tend to be a bit high. Dont plan on going there and spending less than $5/6.

Open late around the school year! They used to have a larger delivery radius but it has shrunk down to a very limited area. :( Sometimes it can get quite busy, line wrapping around the door. There are a few small tables inside to eat at if you so desire.
