I was very excited to go to this establishment. It was my friends birthday and we wanted great cupcakes. People said this was the place... First, it is nearly impossible to find parking around the area. Second, once we found parking we went inside to find that they didnt have much of a selection. Only 4 cupcakes to choice from. We decided not to get any cupcakes (( cupcakes were just out. NOT in any concealed container. Didnt look sanitary)) Then I asked about their macarons and I was informed that it would take 10 minutes to defrost. Once I paid I was handed a nearly frozen macaron.(($5.46)) I guess it was my fault for thinking they were going to hand me a " ready to eat snack. " I honestly thought they were going to defrost it THEMSELVES for ten minutes. ((They watched me ask my friends if we could wait for 10 min.)) - 15 min. later the macaron finally defrosted, I gave my friend (birthday boy) half. It was gross. Not good at all. It tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for weeks. I was disappointed.

The reviews decrying the price of the cupcakes are utterly misdirected, and unfortunately only consider value in light of the commercial. Considering the caliber of the ingredients and utter divinity of the textures, flavors and designs of the cupcakes, they are absolutely worth it. If you people want 1 dollar cupcakes, go to Walmart. Onto more fabulous notes: the icing is unlike any other icing Ive had. Ive lived in New York for most of my life, and have travelled extensively, and had cupcakes from famous bakeries all over. However, imagine my surprise when I found Cream and Flutter in town--the best cupcakes Ive ever had, hands down. I challenge anyone to show better Red Velvet, and more heady yet precise Vanilla Cupcakes. Their brownies are also amazing, as well as their cookies. The sorbets and gelatos they carry are also shockingly true to their flavor descriptions. But what tops all of these? Their macaroons--crunchy, the perfect bit of moisture, and exultant cream--try the peanut butter macaroon.

In addition to fantastic cupcakes with seasonal flavors, their cookies and teas are not to be underestimated (the dragonwell green tea is unlike any dragonwell I have had and the oatmeal, granola, fig cookies are quite simply divine). I have had the opportunity to spend undue amounts of time there over the summer and, perhaps more importantly than the food, I have found a dedicated staff and owner, who genuinely care about the quality of the product they produce. From the time and energy they put into making a gourmet french press or chemex cup of coffee, to the detail they put into custom orders, there is nothing about Cream & Flutter that is lacking. I cannot more highly recommend it. P.S. There dog treats are also bound to be a hit with any furry friend.

Choosing Cream & Flutter was easily the best decision I made in planning our wedding. Amanda was always composed and professional, responded to calls and emails quickly and efficiently, and was invested, excited, and accommodating about our vision and ideas for the big day. For our wedding we had a dessert table with a few cakes and lots of mini cupcakes and treats. It was BEAUTIFUL - our guests raved about it - and are STILL talking about how everything - from french macaroons - to smore cupcakes - to bacon brownie bites - was beyond delicious and perfectly executed. I highly recommend Cream & Flutter for any couple looking or individual looking to add a special touch to their event that will leave their guests talking for years to come.

The place is beautiful, the presentation was great. You are served on small wooden plates. The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was great, I had an americano and my wife had a vanilla latte. The cupcakes were a bit of a disappointment, they were a bit on the small size, cake was dry. The strawberry shortcake cupcake was a bit bland. The devils food cake cupcake though was great, we actually ordered a second to replace the strawberry one. I would go back.

Too expensive for the quality of cupcake. I ordered one red velvet cupcake and recieved a cupcake that was pleasing to the eye. Biting in was a different matter. The "cake" itself was tasty but the large amount of icing on top had the consistency of cream that had been left out for several days. This ruined the overall flavor of the cupcake. I will not be going back to buy anymore cupcakes from here.

Really great atmosphere and design. Workers were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Cupcakes I tried (vanilla bean) was served beautifully on a small wooden bowl. Cupcake itself was very great the vanilla flavor wasnt too overpowering, yet you could definitely taste the vanilla. Natural taste. Frosting was sweet for my preference. Glad I stopped by!

Im always weary of bakery boutiques. But, was very happy to learn of Cream & Flutter. In addition to cupcakes you can get a variety of other treats (ice cream, candies, coffees, etc). I ate their dark chocolate ice cream while a friend sipped on their French press coffee. A very cute establishment that has a very welcoming feel.

Not impressed. Everything is over priced. The icing on the flutter cakes is the worst I ever had. The cake is dry. The people work there are major snobs and are stood behind the counter talking instead of making my tea. Had to remind them I ordered tea and i was the only customer in the place. Never going back.

Oh so beautiful and yummy cupcakes!!! My friend and I shared a red velvet and a dark chocolate. Both were so good. Cake was fluffy and felt so good in the mouth - not too sweet, not too buttery, just right! Cream was also exceptionally superb, instantly melting in my mouth. No strange vegetable oil flavor!

This is the cutest place, and the macarons are so yummy, with light, dreamy flavors. They even carry an adorable assortment of dog cookies in different seasonal shapes! I have a rule that I never leave here without one for each of my furbabies. ☺️
