We went to Coldstone after a delightful experience at the local pizza hut across the street and experienced something like no other. We walked in and were greeted by one joyful employee of the ethnic persuasion who had to brave the swarming crowds of teenagers after just finishing a scholastic competition. We had decided to pay collectively for our two medium pizzas at the pizza hut so we figured wed do the same thing here. I was low on funds so one of my friends decided to just get something on his own while my other friend decided to share one of the 32 oz containers with me. As we waited patiently to make our order the young employee was still cheerfully completing his duties and did so with so much satisfaction that he forgot to turn off the sink faucet which is still running as Im writing this. Its been about 10 minutes. My friend ordered his caramel churro blast which was six dollars. My friend accidentally payed 7 dollars to which the young employee immediately pocketed as his presumed tip. My friend received no change. He is still waiting on that caramel churro its been about 15 minutes. As we ordered our 32 oz Oreo creme filling tub to share we noticed the total came out to about 10.94 closer to the cost of the large tub than the medium. The employee explained that he didnt have enough medium tubs so he immediately upgraded us at extra charge. The Oreo creme filling was a delight and as I watched all 20 people receive their orders I cant help but wonder if my friend just got robbed of his caramel churro. Its been 20 minutes and we have to be back at 1:00. The employee told me to write of this delightful experience and I dont think I will ever forget it. My friend still hasnt gotten that caramel churro. He is waiting patiently for the employee to address him. He has a cold scowl on his face as the employee seems completely oblivious to the fact that my friend ever existed. Not only did he pocket his change but robbed him of his caramel churro. I cant be too mad though the employee called me homie and I now know what it feels like to be a part of a family. We are still waiting... I can only describe to you through my words how painful this is. An update on the sink. The employee turned it off at 15 minutes and just now started it again for no presumable reason. The employee apologizes on the long wait one couple is burdened with, even though they have just arrived. He keeps telling my friend that it is coming and to be patient, its been 25 minutes. 40 people have come and gone since weve ordered that churro. Our chaperone is going to wonder where the hell weve been because I had enough time to write this entire review. I like how the employee calls every Asian girl "baby girl". Its been 30 minutes and we finally received that churro. The experience was worth more than the ice cream and I urge everyone to come to this very Coldstone just for the experience. Btw my friend finally received his churro and for his long wait my friend received one of the punch out cards. The card was pulled from the trash and had a dirty soggy texture. To make matters worse the card was already used on the 10th visit so my friend can no longer get 1/2 off his next purchase. What an experience this was. This review is more on the employee and just how funny this experience was than anything.

I ordered a birthday cake for my sons 2nd birthdaay...so after reading the cake reviews i decided to try them anyway...the cake was good but the cake was false advertising....your cake will NOT look like the birthday cake that you see on the coldstone website...this location does not have any real cake decorators...i feel that even tho they are not real cake decorators they could have still did a better job than how they did my sons cake....for $50 the cake look like a 5 year old wrote on it....it was very sloppy and it was also missing the cream streamer that goes around the bottom of the whole cake and it was missing from the top of the cake as well.....it wasnt worth taking a pic for a bday memory to me....as simple as the birthday cake look on the website your cake will NOT LOOK like that....YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

I wouldve given it 0 stars if I could. Never order cakes from them! They are NOT responsible at all. I ordered a cake on a given Monday for pickup on Friday night. When I went for my pickup, all that I got was "Oh Im sorry we made the wrong size, so we crossed off your order and would just give you your money back". What!? When a party was waiting for a cake to celebrate a birthday, what does money do exactly!??? They gave me a replacement cake with some BLACK, ROTTEN, strawberries on top. Simply GROSS, dont know how else to describe it. Never order cakes from Coldstone, you might as well buy a 100 times more delicious one from Walmart. And I didnt even mention that my cake was $50 something dollars. Keep that in mind too.

this is my 3rd time ordering birthday cake from this store, I’d say it is my last time as I will never come back again. I ordered a signature cake and went to pick up today, when I realized that there was missing decoration on top and I brought it back for adding the topping as the picture of their menu can clearly tell that missing, however the women behind the counter was making herself unnaturally casual, she first refunded my money by misunderstanding, which I did not ask for, then claimed that the cake should have looked like what I received without topping, which is ridiculous! disappointed! It ended up with charging me again and throwing in to me some pieces of topping so that I could put them on the top by myself.

Do not know why we gave this place another chance the other day after their Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional about a mistake SHE made with the Coldstone sheetcake we ordered over a month in advance for our sons first birthday. Leaving us stressed and scrambling to find a cake the day before the birthday party. And, when the stores owner offered several things to make up for this but never followed through. As we were entering the store an hour and a half before they were scheduled to close (and, the store had plenty of people inside), one of the workers slammed the door shut to lock the store as we were pushing the store door open. Who does that?

Had a terrible experience here. Walked in, the staffer was very abrasive. She took our order, made the shake and cone that we ordered for (in my opinion) way too much money, and gave it to us. Honestly I didnt think it was possible to screw up an Oreo shake. Its Oreo and ice cream, how can it not be delicious? Cold Stone has proven me wrong! Our shake was terrible and the ice cream was ok at best. Definitely not going back

So much disappointment. Ive gone there three times in the past 2 months. One of the times, I waited for about 10 minutes before someone showed up to the counter. The other two times were during open hours, once was at night, they closed early. The other time was today, they closed for a lunch break for 30 minutes. However, a guy sitting outside of the store told me that theyd been closed for over 30 minutes.
