Nice ice cream, toppings and cakes, but too expensive and Ive seen better service in other ice cream places. When I visited with my kids I was shocked by how the staff hurried us and were very pushy. They tried too hard to move the line along although there was only one other customer on line. They were so pushy that they let someone else order before we were done and this created so much confusion both in the line and when it was time to pay. Plus they hurried us so much they made a mistake in one of our orders. When it was time to pay they also hurried me while I was trying to recap the order to make sure it was correct-which is their job by the way. Sure we were a total of five people (2 adults, three kids) and so we may take up more time to order compared to a family of three, for example. But we stood in line just like anyone else and we brought in more business in terms of money paid. Really disappointing staff.

This is my favorite ice cream shop. Unlimited toppings and great flavors of ice cream. Their butter pecan and mint ice cream are my favorite flavors. I recently tried their red velvet ice cream and fell in love. The only down side is their hours, I wish they were open later but I understand how business can be slow on that part of town.

Unlimited toppings with whatever you get! Plus more variety and other little options that rivals anything Coldstone provides. The staff are very nice and professional. Its was my first and definitely wont be my last time.

Great flavor and topping selections. Ask the workers when they make fresh waffle cones so you can get a warm one. Cheesecake ice cream with caremal white chocolate chips and gram crackers is my go to (on a waffle cone)

Real ice cream mixed with as many toppings your heart desires. You need to check this place out, its the only one for over 100 miles around. Even Chicago doesnt have one
