Great Personnel/Customer Service I found this to be the easiest and best experience Ive had buying a car. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by one gentleman who opened the door for me. The receptionist asked my name and within seconds Amanda appeared then introduced me to Tom Naymie. I never felt any pressure or stress during the whole process and Tom made it easy for me, having no doubts that I chose the right dealership. Tom took the time to explain everything about the vehicle, took me on a test drive covering all roads from highway to city streets. Tom was very easy to talk to and pleasant. I have never been so relaxed before when buying a car, new or used. Dealing with David Molnar, the finance manager, was a pleasure as well. David laid everything out so that I understood where all numbers were coming from and explained, in detail, each option available to me for the vehicle I was purchasing. He shared his own use of these options on his vehicle making me feel better about whether I should purchase them. He also got me the lowest available finance rate even after I told him I might finance through my own bank. I found David to be very organized and thorough. Any question I had was answered by both Tom and David and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. The no haggle or "Smart Pricing" addition to this dealership is by far the best thing going when buying a car. Thank you again to everyone at Herb Chambers Volvo of Norwood. There should be more dealerships around like this one. A very happy, relaxed and satisfied buyer. This dealerships customer service is the best I have ever known; they are professional yet make you feel like their most important customer.

As a woman car buyer, I always dread the agonizing process of purchasing a new car. After days of dealing with high-pressure dealers, I stepped into Herb Chambers Volvo of Norwood in Dedham. From the moment I entered the showroom, I felt welcomed, valued, and respected. Ron Scott was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and low key. My son and his friend accompanied me, and they agreed that the vibe was so different from the other dealers we had stopped at. No playing the tedious and time-consuming game of haggling...Ron showed me all about the car, took me on a test-drive, and answered all my many endless questions! The business manager was very gracious and came down on the price to accommodate me and earn my business. Then the general manager helped me reach the price I truly wanted by helping me with the trade-in. He even offered to tow my car from Bridgewater to Dedham! It was the easiest, fastest, simplest, and best car-buying experience Ive had over 40 years of car buying. I was about to return to another dealer, but decided over lunch that if the personal treatment I had received, which outshone all dealers from RI to MA, was indicative of future transactions, I couldnt find a better deal or dealer. The financing with Dave was a breeze. He explained the different options so that I truly understood, and the financing outcome was even better than what I imagined. Today, I asked if they would replace one car mat, and they replaced all the mats at no cost! I love my beautiful new used car...which really does look and drive like a brand-new car. A BIG thank you to Ron, Scott Brothers, and everyone who helped me...Im spreading the word to all my friends!

The overall experience was very good, cannot really complain for a car buying experience. Better then the old ways... Started by inquiring online (2015 S60). They responded right away. Live far from dealership so once we had some understanding, I went in and worked John (Sales manager) and Bob (Sales). The sales team did what was agreed to, wish we could have negotiated a better sales price or trade in, but thats always to be the case. The reason why this is not 5 star is because: The wait just to see the finance manager to work out my loan (which I was not doing there) took over 2 hrs, just to hear that itd be another 45mins, so I reschedule to go back. There was also a slight issue with the rim, but John said they would fixed it so from my side, they were every great to work with. They didnt clean/detail the inside before I received the car. Car ran great. Had to schedule a service to get the rims fix. Got a loaner (great convenience, but the car was not clean at all), and after I got my car back I notice dirty fingerprints on the interior cloth on the frame by the front windshield (as if someone grab it to get in and out of car). Luckily, I had some cleaner and was able to get it out. Overall Pros: sales was pretty good, place was very clean and comfortable. Cons: Took longer then it needed to and service folks need to be a little more careful with the car. Would have not been happy if I had just bought a nice new luxury car and at the end got fingerprints stains on it.

You have to go see Michael Green! We were a bit trepidatious about shopping the Volvo collection, but as soon as Michael introduced himself we knew this experience would be a good one! Michael is personable and he took a genuine interest in our lives and which vehicle would be the best fit. You cant imagine the lengths Michael Green went in order to make sure we took delivery on time (we were pressed with a busy summer travel schedule)! He even affixed the bumper guard I purchased from Amazon so we didnt have to do it! I mean he walked right out there in his suit and tie and took the tools to make it happen. My elderly mother was with us, and he made sure she had everything she needed while we shopped-- including the remote to watch her HGTV and coffee while she waited! And Michael sure knows his stuff! There is NO PRESSURE when working with him-- he cares about whats right for you, not about making the sale. Go see Michael Green at Volvo Norwood! Youll be glad you didnt see anyone else on that Automile! We love our XC60! Here it is in Maine.

I recently set out to see 3 used Volvos at 3 different dealers, but found exactly the car I wanted at my first stop: Herb Chambers Volvo in Norwood. The staff were very friendly and professional, the showroom and service facility were clean and modern, and the salesman, Michael Green, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Michael explained the cars features, accompanied me on a lengthy test drive, and stayed with me during the purchase paperwork process. When I picked up the car two days later, it was freshly washed, inspected, had new plates attached, and Michael had installed a new set of floor mats because one was missing. He went over all the cars Menu options and paired my cell phone to the car. In the next few days, he called to check how I was doing and to answer a few questions. I expressed concern about having no documentation of the Volvo CPO 7-year Warranty that came with the car, so Michael sent me an email confirmation of that fact. I was very pleased with Michael Green and my experience at Norwood Volvo.

From initial contact to delivery of the car, my experience with Herb Chambers Volvo was par excellence. I worked with a salesman by the name of Ronald Scott. Ron was extremely knowledgeable about the XC90 and went out of his way to answer any and all questions I had for him, both in person and by email. I was presenting this car as a surprise to my wife and Ron went out of his way to keep it a secret and make all arrangements for me to trade in my wifes car and pick up the new car without her ever knowing about this. I felt that I was dealt with very fairly on both the purchase and trade in. I did comparison shop online and I am certain that I received fair treatment on pricing from the dealership. Given the ease of the transaction, I left completely satisfied with my purchase and have received exemplary follow-up by phone, in person and by email from Ron and his team. This was one of the least stressful car purchases I have ever made and I would highly recommend Ron and HC Volvo to friends and family.
