We only wish that there could be a rating beyond 5/great or "loved it". We stopped by six months ago and briefly met Jen Lilly. She was very understanding to our "time crunch" at the time. We wanted to only "sit" in a Venza to see if we liked the leg room and general comfort of the seating. That is all she facilitated for us at the time. We were relieved that she wasnt "pushy" with showing us more options than we had time to look at. My wife said, "We need to ask for her when we buy the car." In the last few weeks we chose to have a "broker" do the shopping leg work for us and told him we wanted Rockingham to be one of the dealerships he would call. He actually found a great deal at another dealership for us. We told him to check with Jen Lilly at Rockingham to see if she would match or do better. He contacted her and he also mentioned that she was prompt in returning emails and professional in understanding his role on our behalf. She surpassed the offers made by 2 other dealerships. We were very happy to hear that and contacted her to facilitate the purchase for us. Our broker accompanied us to the actual paperwork discussion meeting and Jen was very positive in answering his questions, as well. She assured us that we would have received the same deal if we would have worked with her alone. We explained that we wanted him to do the legwork for comparison pricing as we didnt have the time. The other employee we were pleased to work with was Mr. Pavnick, the business manager. He, as well was very positive in explaining all the options available to us. He was thoroughly understanding of our brokers role in advising us and concurred in many of the comments made by our broker and he was extremely understanding of our circumstances and our needs as buyers. He, as well, did not oversell the options and was very gracious in assisting us through the processing of paperwork. Really blown away with rockingham Toyota. Jill Cokely, their guest relations coordinator, sent me my first quote. From then on Jill was responsive and so helpful in figuring out how Rockingham could meet my needs. Jill was kind, patient, and not persistent with me. On top of that, I am an out of stater and she was so helpful in figuring out my conplicated registration needs. Once I made it in to the dealership, Rob Lane emulated Jills patience and kindness. Of the nearly 20 car dealers I spoke with directly, none were as genuine and sincere as Rob. He was honest with me and took me very seriously, which is refreshing as a young female. Jill and Rob made this process pleasurable and easy. I have been to or contacted nearly every toyota dealer in the greater Boston area and Rockingham Toyota stands head and shoulders above the rest in terms of prices and guest relations. To top it all off, Geno Gavriluk, the business manager, was knowledgeable with my registration needs and took the time to explain everything to me, rather than try to sell me more on top of what I already paid. As if the people werent good enough, the owners incredibly cute and friendly dogs hang out within the facility. 10/10 I would return and do it all over again!

Rockingham Toyota has been the place that my family has always purchased the cars weve had. After getting into a car accident that totaled my car, I decided that I had to buy a new car and I wasnt planning on buying a new car only a used but Brian somehow convinced me to get a brand new Toyota Corolla 2017 in a color I would have never thought to look into. He was so helpful throughout the entire process, meeting with me twice in the same weekend because I was indecisive. He even stayed extra time the day I had to pick up the car because I was running late. I greatly appreciated all of the help from Brian and both me and my mother/father are very happy with our decisions and couldnt thank him enough. Next time we choose to purchase another car we will definitely come back to Rockingham Toyota. If you head over there make sure you ask for Brian, hes great! PS. I wont forget about Phil from the financial offices who helped me score a great credit score and helped me get a great deal and great Toyota Care.

Was extremely friendly. There are so many people here that want to help and do not get annoyed with repetitive questions. My sales associates name was Brian he was very helpful thoughtful and is incredible when it comes to knowing his vehicles. The finance guy Gene Gavriluk or Geno as he goes by is one of the funniest guys in the car industry if you have to deal with a Financial Consultant purchasing a car at this particular dealership and you want to have fun while youre doing it please ask for Geno!!!! When I picked up the car Brian was busy and Edwin took his place to show me the ropes of the car and make sure I had everything I needed. They all seem incredibly helpful and actually happy to be working for a car company. This was my first Toyota this was my first experience at Rockingham Toyota and because of Brian Geno and Edwin I will be buying and returning to this dealership thank you guys for all your assistance!

My husband and I were looking for a specific Toyota car in Boston area (where we live) for few weeks and we visited some Toyota dealerships but unfortunately we were unable to complete the purchase just because of poor customer service. So he had a brilliant idea to go to a Toyota dealership in NH where we found a very polite, experienced and friendly crew!!! There we had the pleasure to meet Bob the most polite, patient and pleasant salesman that we dreamed about. Along with him was Gene, a very nice, talkative and funny guy who has the ability to captivate any customer! He got us the best credit deal and made us comfortable throughout the entire process. Long story short, we had a good time over there, a great deal and I have my red Rav4 that I was looking for!!!! Thanks Bob, thanks Gene and thanks Rockingham Toyota management. You guys do a great job!!!

I had a 2014 Camry from Rockingham Toyota and I really loved it. However, this week an offer was sent to me for pre-owned cars . I just wanted some information. As soon as I walked in I was not attacked by sales representatives, but Edwin Santiago asked if he could help me answer some questions. As Edwin explained how I could keep my payments the same for some 2016 models, I knew I was interested. I got a beautiful car, payments I wanted, no hidden fees and Scott the numbers man , put together a great warranty package just right for me. Thanks to Edwin Santiago, and the staff it was the smoothest and best experience I ever had. Also, as a Retired and Disabled Veteran, looking at the Garrison size American flag they proudly fly as a way to honor all veterans, moves me, it gets no better. .
