5 Stars for Salesman Louis Fouyolle. Louis was courteous and professional and he worked very hard. He took us on numerous test drives, offered a variety of possibilities without pressuring us into a decision, and continued to work hard for us even after the dealership had our money. He is a gentleman and made the experience a pleasant and friendly transaction while also working with us to get a great deal. If you want to be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism I can not say enough praise about Louis Fouyolle. I would definitely go out of my way to call in advance, speak with him, and make sure he will be your salesman. 4 Stars for Prime Toyota of Boston. First, they do have some great deals, but not everything they will offer you is a great deal and not everything they advertise is necessarily available. This is after all a car dealership, so you have to educate yourself. They have a lot of employees and a large lot packed with cars. Many brand new cars have scratches and dings in them just from people being careless moving them around the lot. They should improve the traffic flow around the parking lot and train their people to be ultra cautious with the vehicles. No one wants their brand new vehicle to be scratched or dinged. Louis followed through and had a dinged piece of aluminum trim replaced and had a light scratch buffed out, but these problems should not be so common on brand new cars. We had to reject two other brand new vehicles due to damage that would have been harder for Prime to repair. In the end we are very satisfied and particularly happy to have met and worked with Louis.

My review is for the service department. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change back in September 2015. Received oil change. Several days pass by & notice what appears to be oil drops in driveway. Thought nothing of it until the drops turned into puddles. Returned to Prime where they informed me "drain plug had defective gasket, also the spot welds on the inside of the oil pan are beginning to rust and deteriorate, over time it will cause oil to seep through the pan itself and pan will need to be replaced" - That is exactly what is on the invoice I received (can verify I keep maintenance records). It is now March 2016, 9,000 miles later & since then I have had 1 oil change with no oil leaking issues. Decided to go to my regular mechanic shortly after my Prime visit to have him check out the oil pan & he informed me that there was/is no issue with my oil pan & suggested that the oil drain plug was never tightened properly. So pretty much they had to come up with an excuse as to why the oil was leaking & of course its not their fault because they may get a lawsuit if my engine got damaged & have to pay for it. Do yourself a favor, avoid Prime & go to an independent mechanic where youll receive better service & know your repairs are done correctly.

I scheduled an appointment to get one of my tire fixed. Two days later, I had to put air in that same tire because of the light on my dash. I went back to the dealership and explained that the tire was not fixed. They took another look at it; told me the service was completed and that I did not need to worry about the tire anymore!!! Well, that did not happen! I use my car for work and I had to stop more than three times during the week to put air in that same tire. I went back a third time that same week for the same reason. Now, that I have to go back today (4 times in 2 week) because the tire had gotten worst. I can only say that my patience is running thin. Customer service was kind, but I will absolutely not recommend their service department! The services are overpriced, and in the case of a tire loosing air, completely useless! I am not asking for a miracle, but I dont think it is to much to ask to have a service properly completed if I am paying for it!!! There is no reason for me to come to a dealership 4 times in two weeks for a tire loosing air! A tire!!! I came to professionals and paid professionals to get that issue resolved, and I am expecting the problem to be solved. If it cannot be solved, I would have like to know in advance!

These guys are a bunch of liars. Went in already knowing my credit, so I told them I just wanted to negotiate based on my credit (which I told them what it was). They insisted they had to have my SSN to run the numbers. I told them again because I didnt want a hard inquiry on my credit in case we didnt agree on the price, which we didnt (they were $120 more a month than Boch Toyota). Well, so they said not to worry because it was only going to be a soft pull and it wouldnt show up on my credit. So I asked again because I knew it would show, they insisted, so I agreed. Well, not two minutes later, I get a notification on my phone with a recent hard inquiry on my credit. I immediately showed it to them, and all I got was a "sorry man, thats not right". So I told them sorry is not going to cut it, this inquiry will stay on credit for two years. All they could do is say sorry. What a bunch of idiots. I shouldve stuck with my gut. So, heres my tip to you, if you need a toyota, go to Boch Toyota right down the street. Not only you will get a professional who wont push anything down your throat, youll most definitely get the best deal. If you need pointers on how to get the best deal, Ill gladly help. Good luck and hopefully this helps.

Very disappointed. In August 2015 they did a restoration job for my head lights and on the phone they said its $89.99 including taxes and labour but when I went to pick up my car than they told me $120. On 2/2/16 I bought rotors and brake pads and paid with my debit card but they called me at the end of the day harassing me until the next day that I did not paid for my parts. I had to leave my job early to go there with my receipt the next day to prove it and shut their mouth. Today on 4/12/16 I had an appointment for transmission flush oil service and this time I asked the service agent on the phone to email me the price which was $229 plus tax because of previous experience with them. But when I went there the service desk told me $347 plus tax and even though I showed them the email confirmation I was refused the service for $229 and I left without a service. Dont even go there for service. They are scammers and very rude. Im going to Braintree Toyota now because they will do the same service for $250. And prime Toyota lost my business. THEIR SERVICE MANAGER CALLED ME TODAYAND SAID THAT MY BUSINESS IS NO LONGERNEEDED. OFCOURSE BECAUSE THEY GIVE UP.

When passing in an old lease to purchase a new vehicle both the sales associate and manager tell me I am "all set" regarding my lease. They grounded the car in front of me and we moved forward with the purchase of my new vehicle. Months later I get a bill for excess mileage on my old lease. One would expect returning loyal customers to not receive such a bill nevermind being told that we are "all set". The manager Wes gets involved with a dispute begins walking away talking over me in front of the entire dealership and refuses to confront the issue at hand. The man does not understand customer experience and truly does a diservice to the rest of the folks at that dealership. I asked to speak to his manager and he replied "I am the manager" whIle talking over me as I ask for his boss. Clearly he lacks professionalism and dignity when his back is against a wall attempting the tough guy act. The reason for my 4 star rating is for the professionalism and respect the other employees gave me when visiting the dealership. Luis is an upstanding sales associate and listens and the front desk people for service are very kind.
