I wrote abut this experience when it happened about two years ago, but its funny the review got deleted mysteriously... So let me repost. I walked to this store pushing my three young children in our stroller (thats three kids who were four years old and younger). On the way the stroller got a flat tire. I muscled on and got there, and asked a worker if I could leave the stroller in the sit down area, in the corner out of the way, for maybe 10 minutes while I got a ride to my house to get my truck. She said she didnt think it would be a problem, but she needed to ask her manager. When she came back her attitude was totally different. She pursed her lips at me and told me coldly, "You can leave it here. But if it gets stollen, not our responsibility. Sorry." The person Id called to give me a ride showed up around that time, so I took my kids to get our truck. When I got back I informed the woman I had spoken to before that I was just picking up my stroller. She didnt speak to me, but just looked at me with her arms folded until I was out of the building. Who in the world treats a mother stranded with three very young children in this manner?? To be clear, I wasnt asking Sprouts to take legal responsibility of my stroller. I was asking if I could leave it in an out of the way place while I got a truck to remove it from the premises. Sprouts made this already stressful situation worse, and they should be ashamed. And they should also not go around deleting comments that customers post. Shady.

My girlfriend and I have always shopped at Sprouts (formerly Sunflower Market). They are always clean, fair priced, and have the highest quality foods around. That being said, weve never really had a bad experience there. We use to shop at the location on State St, but heard they opened a new location closer to where we live on Murray Holladay Rd. We finally decided to write a review after the exceptional service we received tonight (01/19/15). The deli was out of rotisserie chicken so we asked when the next order was ready, they estimated about 30 minutes. We needed the chicken for recipe, so we continued shopping to pass time. While we were waiting, one of the employees (Erin) personally brought a chicken over to us as soon as it was done without us asking. She politely apologized for the wait and said that the chicken "was on us." Not once have we ever been to a grocery store and have had that happen. We certainly did not expect them to give it to us for free just because we had to wait. We wanted to let the management and employees know they are very much appreciated for their hard work to go above and beyond. We will always recommend Sprouts to any family member or friend. Thank you for making our casual shopping experience a great one.

I came here for a gluten free deli sand which for years. Today I was turned away. They guy said they got in trouble that a loaf of gluten free bread coats $6 and the sand which is only $4. I dont need a whole loaf, just 2 slices. If a loaf hahas 16 slices that is 75 cents for bread and typically spend up to $100 shopping while my sandwhich is made. We can take up to 2 weeks to eat or bread, just keep it in the fridge. I can get all the same expensive gluten free items elsewhere closer to my home, I would go out of my way to have a nice afternoon with a gluten free sandwich. It sucks having celiac disease and being penalized so many ways because wheat is "cheaper". I am so sick of "oh that will cost you $3 more, $2 more to make it gluten free" oh well. I will continue to support the places that take care of us gluten free people.

The best produce in town. Reasonable prices on organics. Fresh baked goods. Staff are knowledgeable. I always have a good experience except for one time. Cashier named Janet lacked any regard or courtesy, asking us, clients, for price and quantity of items in a rude way, packed our stuff without asking our preferred bag resulting in big gaping holes where corn ears are falling out of the bottom of plastic and just completely ignored it. When we changed our mind on something, she made a face of disapproval and made it all look that we just inconvienced her. Fortunately, manager was willing to resolve this issue.

I love this place. If you go on double ad Wednesdays they have double the stuff on sale! Its mostly organic and not over priced like Whole Foods. Their fresh fish selection is amazing and they also have a deli. I love their coffee aisle and you can make yourself a coffee theyre while you shop and pay for it at the register for $1. Its a great way to test the different flavors they have available. Their vegetables are always fresh and the staff is generally quite friendly and always willing to help! They also have organic toothpaste, makeup and deodorant for the organic lovers this is a great store!!!

I use to shop here every week. But not anymore. i always buy the same pre cooked chicken Alfredo from the deli for my 12 shift on sunday. Well this sunday i had to starve because the noodles were barely cooked. How could anyone package that food knowing the noodles were not edible? I returned the noodles monday and got my money back and a sorry. But the sorry definitely wasnt sincere and he didnt seem to care that they were selling an extremely low quality product to a customer. It also doesnt help that i starved while at work. Ill shop at a different store that i trust.

I really like this sprouts. They have a really good selection of fresh produce that always look good and they have a decent selection of bulk bin stuff too. The people who work there are always very friendly. The only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because its pretty expensive. I go grocery shopping about once per week and I always end up spending $100 for only 2 people. When I used to shop at smiths downtown I could get all of my groceries for about $60 per week.

They do have a lot of gluten free products. The staff is very friendly, helpful and outgoing. And the produce is really fresh. The meat however is not fresh. Not sure why but every time we get meat from the meat counter, it usually tastes like its been sitting out for quite some time. We cant really afford to shop here any longer since we had some budget changes but once we can afford to, I will come back again.

Some good products amidst a bunch or conventional food. The kombuchas; seem ALWAYS flatter here, like their transportation is not cool enough, who knows... Very consistent that I have to buy at the competitor, W.Foods the real lions share of better products. Glad it is here though... Cereals are overpriced here... Cheaper at Whole Foods.

Great store!! They usually have what we need, and their employees are great and helpful. Their "sprouts" brand of products are usually very good. The deli is great with its selection of meats and cheese. The thing I love most it the honeycomb chocolates which whole foods used to have, but not any more at the one we usually go to.
