Words can not express the wonderful job Bentleys does. When my cousin (who lives in Michigan) passed away unexpectedly, several of us from Arkansas, Texas and Missouri were unable to attend the funeral service. I called Bentleys to order the flowers. The lady on the phone was so understanding and very comforting. She told me they would take care of everything including delivering the flowers to the funeral home in Swartz Creek. My family in Michigan - especially my aunt said that even though we couldnt be there the flowers really gave her a sense of our love and support.

I forgot to order a close family member some flowers on her birthday, she had to work so I really was wanting to brighten her day. It was about 1:30 when I remembered to order. Im in Tn and she lives in Mi, so I couldnt take them. I called Bentleys and within the hour my step moms day was brightened with the most beautiful arrangement of flowers!!! Thank you so much for great customer service!
