Worst service I have ever had from any business. They did not make the arrangement as ordered and paid for, ignored the call I made as soon as I saw the arrangement was not correct (the day it was delivered to the funeral home), did not use the two days available to fix it before the funeral service, and when speaking to the manager the day of the funeral, he was one of the most unprofessional, uncaring and rudest persons I had ever spoken to. The shop designer did not read the special instructions for this funeral arrangement. How in the world do you not read special instructions for an order? Especially any kind of special occasion arrangement. I called 15 minutes after arriving at the funeral home, during the shops regular business hours, and was received by a voicemail service. Left a message stating that the arrangement did not have the right colors, the expensive flowers were replaced by cheap flowers, and that I was displeased. Said I would appreciate if it could be fixed and left my number requesting to be contacted as well, but no one fixed/replaced the arrangement over the weekend, and no one called back. It was Mothers Day weekend, yet that does not excuse sending out the wrong arrangement for the funeral of an unexpected death. The manager snapped several times that he was too busy. He admitted he would have immediately fixed a Mothers Day delivery when I asked. He did not even have the product on hand to make the expensive arrangement as it was ordered. He and/or his designer could have declined the wired order and allowed the next closest shop to do it, yet they accepted it, sent something that was not paid for, suggested only half a refund (after a refund was requested), claimed that the arrangement sat there for three days before I contacted him (as stated above, I called the day the arrangement was delivered), told me that he cant have someone on the phone all the time (even during Mothers Day weekend?), and showed absolutely no compassion for the delicate time I and my family were going through. The moment I mentioned something negative about the arrangement, his tone and attitude changed. Early in the call, I had to ask him to stop yelling at me as he continued speaking over me whenever I attempted to explain what was wrong and when I pointed out that there had been time to correct the mistakes. He told me I would have to call Teleflora, adding that he that he would contest my story and tell them he delivered an arrangement. I never denied that he sent an arrangement, but that he sent one that I did not order, in which he raised his voice again. The manager accused me of threatening to leave a bad review if he didnt give a full refund, which was untrue. I told him not to expect a good review, in which he then hung up on me. It was not about lack of a full refund. I fully intended to leave an honest review of how horrible he was and how awful the arrangement was. The shop closed at 5 on Saturday, and I knew florists were working late for Mothers Day. I told him I understood it was an exceptionally long and busy weekend, but unfortunately, my grandfather had passed away. It did not matter to the manager (Matthew) that this arrangement was something special, and that the colors had a meaning. He simply did not care at all. The lack of caring for the work that was sent out, not caring that it wasnt even what I ordered and paid for, gave me the impression he was only interested in getting his profit from this transaction. My first call was ignored. I was never called back. It left me feeling there was no intent to fix it at all, and that I would just accept its what I got. Again, there was special meaning to the colors we chose for my grandfathers funeral. If youre dealing with a delicate matter, such as a funeral, pass this shop by. Honestly, look somewhere where the manager and workers have ethics, compassion and professionalism, when considering a florist for any service. Word has already spread about this shop through family and friends that live in the Highland area.

Patte Tedrick May 1 at 7:16am I brought in seven empty mason jars and no clue what to do with them. Matthew worked his magic and made them oh-so-beautiful. They made the tables so pretty and brightened up the bridal shower. Thank you so much, Matthew. You guys are the best!
