I placed an order in July for August. The order was never delivered and I never got any notification. When I called to inquire, the store manager told me the delivery person cancelled the order because the store was closed on the day the order was placed. The store manager then tried to tell me that there was nothing she could do and that the delivery guy was the store owners son. I highly recommend not using this florist.

When you ask before the order is put in, if it can be delivered at a certain time and they assure you that it will, but its still an hour late and the person that its going to isnt there anymore. I will not order from them again. Poor service but they were in a hurry to take my money and try to up sell me something for valentines day.
