We love this store and the Banfield facility. They are amazing! But a HUGE word of caution when adopting cats. Try to go on weekends when another program is doing adoptions in the middle/front of the store last time I checked. The ones you see in the windows on the wall in the store are part of Little Cats Rescue. Please stay away. The woman , Raeanna is the rudest, most horrible woman you may ever meet or talk to. She will want to make you run away fast! I feel bad for the cats but she is a portion of hell to work with and even speak to for a minute She will judge you and talk down to you without ever even meeting you! Its as if she really looks for any way at all not to find these kitties a home! She is obviously a pet horder and she moaned and complained about having ALL THESE CATS and they were SICK and I felt like saying well, give me one! Not to mention she does not return phone calls, you have to keep calling and you will regret it. No wonder she has a bad reputation there and the store would do well to help get those cats out of her "care" and into good homes as well as out of their store. Shame on her and her vile attitude and harm for the cats on way of letting her seemingly dark heart detract from more people adopting cats. I know of at least six people that didnt because of her. Most of the time, she just wont let you!

I took my dog that only weighs 14 lbs to get him Groomed hes been to there grooming center before without an issue but on Saturday 5/23/2015 when I took him for his 9am appointment not only was he there until 2pm he had a bald spot on the top of him as well as 2 burns one under his front Arm and the other on his Chest. I called to speak to the Grooming Manager Nancy who of course is an Idiot and defended the person that Groomed my dog saying my dog was not a very good boy. Really he weighs 14 pounds and he is trained to listen. I then told her I will never bring my dog there again so I hung up and called back leaving a message for the Store Manager and as of yet I have not gotten a call back. Im sorry I love my dog and to see him in that condition made me Cry. Trust and Believe its not about any money or anything but take fault for your mess up.

Would give zero star if I could. In regards to the Trinty store #0322 terrible. Customers are not valued at all and since its the customers that shop there giving the employees a pay check they need to value their jobs! I have been denied a price match even with a valid receipt confirming what another petsmart store sold an item for. When trying to call in and ask a question the clerk didnt let me finish asking my question before cutting me off while I was still speaking to answer what the clerk assumed I was going to ask. Then when I told clerk to wait and here my question I was hung up on! So I called right back and was waiting for 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone again. Just ridiculous. No customer service what so ever. Time for corporate to clean house and get better staff. I expected better service from a big box chain.

Same issue but with Nicole, $10 Reptile bulb went bad within 20 days of use. They refused to exchange the bulb because they have a 14 day return policy. So tonight I am returning a $170 electronic dog collar, $30 Dog harness, $200 Terrarium, $50 Fish Tank Deco, and another $200 worth of misc product. All within the return policy time and stated guidelines. So a 5 year loyal customer who is there weekly to buy feeders crickets and whatever else, is returning $600+ worth of product and never returning again. I will pay the 5% or so higher prices with pet supermarket to get better trained managers who know what customer service is. ***UPDATE*** Escalated this to the corporate office, they took care of everything and are coaching the store manager. Here is to hoping there are less of these types of issues.

If youre looking for a job, think twice before applying here. It took me 2 days to get into the site for filling out the application which took me 2 hours to do. It shows that a laundry list of jobs are available. In actuality, there is one, dog washer in grooming available. I said, "Thats fine. Can someone please take a look at my application?" From then on, I was transferred from this person to another person to another person, etc., etc. NONE of them sounded friendly and ALL of them sounded busy and couldnt wait to pass me on to someone else. It sounded as though none of them were over 25 years old. It was a HORRIBLE experience and theyve lost my business. My quest for a part time job here took THREE days and I STILL didnt get the help I was seeking. I would NEVER recommend this PetSmart to anyone.

Ive been a loyal customer of Petsmarts retail and grooming for the last 7 years, purchasing 100lbs of dog food a month and I have spent thousands on monthly grooming alone for my 3 very large breed dogs. Since I moved to Florida, their grooming salon staff have displayed horrible attitudes and are judgemental, rude, unaccomidating, and down right inconsiderate of others. The service they provide isnt even close to the quality I had at the store I originally used to use back in Glen Carbon, Illinois. And my dogs used to enjoy the groomers and since taking them here they have slowly become very shy and scared to go to the back of the salon. I Do not recommend this store, and be aware if you take them to a new location!

The reviews on this page that reference the adoption center and The Little Cats Rescue are for a rescue group that is no longer at this Petsmart. The Little Cats Rescue has not been at this location for almost a year. The new rescue group that now resides in the adoption center is Countless Cats, Inc. Countless Cats has no affiliation with The Little Cats Rescue. Please dont judge them by the reviews on this page. They are a wonderful group whose mission is to rescue and adopt cats into good homes. They are warm and friendly people doing great work.

Its hard to come here sometimes because of the fact that every time I come in and get worms for my geckos it turns in to a 45 min wait because they only have one person up front. Also the fact that I came in asking for information and explaining my situation with a pet I purchased from here and got nothing b T snarky comments and a attitude. Maybe the store should look in to hiring people with more patience since the people working there dont have any to being with.

Nice staff at the registers and on the floor. The grooming salon is nice and they tend to do a good job, better than the south Tampa and Hillsborough ave. Petsmarts in my opinion. They often hold adoption events at this location which is nice. Theres a lot in the shopping center to do if you need to wait for your pet to be groomed. I have no experience with the Banfield Hospital, but I know they have a bad reputation.
