I was there the afternoon of the 8th .I found a male employe sitting at register I asked him a question and he rudely answered he didnt know .My gosh I just wanted to know about dog collars.When I walked back to find them I passed a ferret area .There were 6 ferrets in a filthy cage .Poop all over. And filled with flies Instead of sitting around doing nothing he should have cleaned that cage .He never even got up from his seat the whole time I was there. WHY does Petco have someone working that clearly hates people and more importantly animals ??????, I will never return

I am a groomer here an I love my store and my salon. They really care about the animals an their jobs. We are like family an want everyone to leave satisfied. We recently an unexpectedly lost our store manager to heart issues an I myself have been gone on medical leave. But despite the stress they have really showed commitment an dedication. I couldnt be prouder of my team.

Do NOT take your dog to be groomed here. My dog was there over 3 hours and never got a thing done. Then no one would bring my dog out when I came to pick her up. And a man at the register started yelling at me because I wanted my dog! My poor dog was so thirsty and hot. They never gave her any water the entire time. Beware

I took both my dogs here a few times now. Love the staff and the young lady that gave them a bath and a trims their nails is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. I read some bad reviews and those must have happened before the remodel and new staff. I am one very happy customer!!

Terrible experience called three times and was never told they needed a rabies shot documentation got there and was told "we do apologize" terrible service and lost a good customer i would not recommend this place for dog grooming to anyone

A one star is being generous. The groomer took hold of our dogs chin hair, causing her to yelp in pain. The groomer wouldnt let go, even as our dog continued to yelp. We walked out! Wont ever go back

They have a good variety of pets compared to most other pet shops. Especially the fish, which they have a saltwater selection of.
