This could have been a raving review for Weston Nissan, however, due to our experience with Finance Manager Orlando De La Nuez, its less than mediocre. On August 5, 2016, my wife and I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Weston Nissan. Our salesman Luis Sotillo was excellent and we couldnt have been happier with him. Once we agreed upon a final sales price with Luis, we were taken to see Finance Manager Orlando De La Nuez and this is where the purchasing experience took a turn. Nissan was offering either 0% interest or a cash rebate. Without asking which option we wanted, Orlando had applied the cash rebate. With an 800+ credit score, if we took the rebate, he was giving us a 4.6% interest rate. I wanted him to run the numbers both ways to see the difference in payment (cash rebate @ 4.6% vs 0% interest) so that we can make an educated decision and he wouldnt do it... my wife and I were left to figure it out on our phones using an auto loan calculator. The monthly payments seemed much higher than what we were anticipating. Upon closer review of the numbers, the amount financed was about $2,000 higher than the final sales price that we had agreed upon with our salesman Luis. We questioned Orlando about it MANY, MANY times, and all he would say is "its correct... Just look at the numbers in reverse." Additionally, without even asking, he added in an extended warranty which was itemized as a $799.00 charge. When I told him we didnt want the extended warranty, he very clearly told us "Im giving you the extended warranty for FREE". Well, we all know that nothing in life is free. I suppose if he would have been successful in scamming us out of the additional $2,000, he would have felt better about himself if he threw in a "FREE" warranty. Lol! I told my wife not to sign anything and stepped out of the office to find Luis our salesman. It wasnt until I came back to Orlandos office that he admitted that his figures were off. He finally adjusted the total amount financed to the agreed upon sales price. Ironically, we never received the "FREE extended warranty". I really didnt appreciate Orlando De La Nuez trying to scam us. And that little B.S. statement about giving us the extended warranty for FREE infuriates me the more I think about it because it proves that he was intentionally trying to scam us. He also had the nerve to suggest that we dont refinance for a year. I greatly recommend Luis as a salesman, but whatever you do, DO NOT deal with Orlando De La Nuez. Looking back I should have either requested another finance person, or thanked him for wasting our time and walked out. Unfortunately, theres no accountability on Finance as the post purchase survey sent out by Nissan (even the Finance questions) only effects the pay plan of the sales person. I realize that this is not fair for the sales man, and since we were so happy with Luis, we gave him a perfect score on the survey even though Finance should have received scores of "1". In the end, we took the cash rebate and refinanced the loan to 1.74% before our first payment with NMAC was even due, so we did well. Im just infuriated at the attempted tactics of the Weston Nissan Finance Department. Unfurtunately, I felt the need to hold off on posting this review until Weston Nissan reimbursed us for the GAP insurance because I wouldnt hold it past their finance department to try and withhold it in retaliation for a poor review. Good luck! In response to the owner... yes, as a matter of fact, I attempted to return a message from Sales Manager Ed Downing and was unable to reach him, therefore, I left him a voicemail explaining our experience, but never heard back.

Well I went in with my E Class Mercedes to in all honesty get out of my high payments. My spouse and I decided after looking online we 100% wanted a Pathfinder. We bought 2 cars from this place and figured even though the sales guy wasnt there anymore we would go back. Bad Idea!! So, I spoke to another guy Daniel and he took my information to run my credit. He said he would call back in 30 mins, and 3 hrs later no call. We drove 20 mins to the location with our 1 year old and waited an hr for the guy to even talk to me. He told me after the hour "He had another customer, and would get back to me tomorrow." They put me in touch with another "salesman" whose dad was supposedly the "Sales Manager" (if he learned from him I guess thats why he was horrible) took my information, and could probably help me out because of my good history with Nissan and Infinity, and would have to call me back the next day. After no call...I called him and he seemed bothered that he had to work..was working on it and would call me back. 5 hours later I called and no answer. Called again. No answer. Left a message and no return call. Then I finally decided to go to Infinity where I bought my last car (Gerard) and they helped me out within 2 hours. Now, today I called to just let the sales manager know how my experience was, and they put me on speaker phone basically told me he "didnt give a s$#$, and enjoy my new car and never f%$#^g come back here." So thats my experience. I am in high end sales. I have never done a complaint before, but this warranted me to take time from running my own business to make sure I put this out there. To the guy that told me that...Hope you enjoy the review!

I came Dec 2013 to this dealership and got a Nissan Rogue for my mom. I thought it was a good dealer but nothing prepared me for what was going to happen 2 years later... Thursday, April 28, 2016, my wife was in the market for a new car as we are moving to another city. Since we have been loyal Infiniti customers since 2008 (4 cars), we were about to add another one, as luck would have it, a day before we signed the lease, we visited Weston Nissan. When we decided to visit Weston Nissan we didn’t know that this would turned out to be the best car buying experience I ever had in over 20 years buying cars (12 new cars). We walked in just “to see” and the very next day we negotiated everything and Saturday we went to sign and pick up the car. Even if my previous experience with Weston Nissan was good, Mark Mirand’s professionalism, honesty and not pushy approach made all the difference this time making me a customer for life. My wife and I were so happy with the service and deal that we went back in less than a week and got second car from Mark Mirand. So, what started as a simple curiosity to drive the new Rogue, turned into us leasing 2 cars and we are coming back in October for the 3rd . For those people that are looking at a new Nissan and want to be treated with respect, honesty, integrity, not be pushed and harassed, Weston Nissan is the dealership of choice. Don’t forget to ask for Mark Mirand who will make it the best car buying experience of your life. In my opinion, Mark Mirand is a true asset to this institution as he was able turn a for sure lease of an Infiniti into 2 Nissan Leases and a 3rd on the way.
