Not just poor service, but continual lies. I have been a customer of this dealership for 7 years. I will never buy from this dealer. Wednesday 2/22 "Dan" called me asked if I was returning my QX60 he had some great deals. I explained I wanted to get back into a QX80 (my previous vehicle), that I had found two 2016 models to buy at dealers in Orlando, told him the mileage and price, clean carfax, and that I couldn’t see anything of his website that met that price. He told me he could match the price and would call me back the next day, Thursday. Thursday he called me back, and the conversation started badly, he started to talk about a 2014 model and another model in black and another model with higher miles. At that point, I politely reminded him of our conversation the previous day, and he apologized and said he could still help me, and would call me back that afternoon, which he did. Thursday afternoon he called me to say he had sourced a 2015 QX80, vehicle right color, less then 10k miles, and he could match the price of the other dealer $44 to $45k. He said the vehicle would be ready Friday and he would call me in the morning. He didn’t call me Friday morning, so I called him Friday afternoon, he said that the vehicle was on the way, it would be there some time that day. He would call me back. On Saturday, still no call, so I called him again, he said he was sorry the vehicle had been delayed on the transporter, but he expected it today (Saturday) I explained to Dan that I was ready to buy, I didn’t want to lose out on the deal at the Orlando dealer, and asked him straight out, did he REALLY have the vehicle coming in at the price and specification he promised, because if not, to tell me, I could go elsewhere, and he GUARANTEED the vehicle was on the way at the price and deal agreed. This was just the start of what turned out to be a string of bare faced lies. Saturday, and Sunday we exchanged text messages where he again assured me the deal terms. Monday, the vehicle still had not arrived, Dan did not call me, so I text him, and he apologized, said he would find out the delivery date and tell me on Tuesday. Tuesday he could still not tell me the delivery date, but promised again by text in writing, that he would let me know Wednesday if it had arrived, and if not, what the status was (when it would arrive) Wednesday March 1st by 530pm, he had not called or text, so again we contacted the dealer. Dan was not available, so we spoke to “Gary” who said he would investigate. At 6pm today, Gary called us back to say “that they had purchased the vehicle, but they did not know when it was coming, and (his exact words to follow) “apparently we have purchased the vehicle but we don’t know where it is, or when it is coming, it depends on when the driver has a space on his truck, they do not let them know when the vehicles will be coming in” Gary said if he could find out anything else, he would let us know…but given the lies and failed promises of the last week, I was not holding my breath. Friday morning (today) 10 days after they said the car would be there “tomorrow” I got a message saying the vehicle was there, and asking how quickly I could be there, as they were “holding it for me” Here is the kicker The Salesman Dan had GUARANTEED ME it had 8k to 10k mile - it now has 22k miles (perhaps they have been driving it for the last 10 days to put an extra 12k miles on it) The GUARANTEED price of $44k was now “I can probably get you under $50k. Actually, you “probably cannot” because I will not be giving you my business. David claimed the vehicle was worth $70k new, which is also incorrect, because it is a base model with no extras, so the real new price would be $60k. I will happily pay more to shop anywhere but Infiniti of Melbourne, where after they sell, they certainly do not serve! Thank you. Just a week of my life wasted on a string of lies, broken promises from Dan at Infiniti of Melbourne. I am glad I kept his text messages as evidence.

DO NOT GO TO INIFINITI OF MELBOURNE. they will cheat you and worst, they will rob you of your respect. We were fraudulently pushed into buying a Infiniti JX35 that was advertised as CERTIFIED pre-owned. After a long tussle and a loss of faith we offered to buy the Certification for additional $900 but were denied certification! Additionally, MR. JOE THOMPSON was extremely rude and humiliated us by using derogatory language and literally showed us the door! We are extremely hurt and disappointed because we had did not mind paying. Here are the complete details of our horrifying experience and loss of honor. EVERYONE should be careful with this dealership. You want an Infiniti, get it, but not this place-- Infiniti Melbourne misrepresented a used vehicle as Preowned Certified on their website. After signing the papers they refuse to honor the certification. 1. We contacted for an ePrice on the infiniti melbourne website for a pre owned certified Infiniti Jx35 SUV. 2. Accordingly Mr Chase Caudle, salesperson contacted us for a test drive that afternoon. 3. After test drive, we came to an agreement with Mr.Caudle for buying the SUV at $38,000 with Navigator included. We also agreed to trade in our 2003 Honda Civic (in prime condition driven only 52,000miles) for $4,500. 4. At no point did he mention that the car was not Certified pre owned and we have to pay extra for the certification warranty. 5. This fact was also hidden by Mr. Barry Mazade and we were misled to accept a finance offer of 2.49%APR for the loan, while the offer for certified preowned infiniti vehicles was 0.9%APR. 6. We called Infiniti Melbourne the next day but Both Mr Mazade and Mr. Caudle were on Leave. 7. Next day, we went to the dealership office at infiniti melbourne to inform them about this and request for certification as advertised and give us a correct APR on our loan. 8. Both Mr Mazade and Mr Caudle refused to acknowledge the advertisement and make any changes. 9. Initially Mr Caudle said that if we want we can return the car and take back our old car, we didnt mind although our main intention was to get a fair deal. At this point MR. JOE THOMPSON barged in the cublicle and spoke threateningly and rudely, saying that we had already signed the papers and nothing can be done. We tried to reason calmly but to no avail. He rudely took away the papers from us in a threatening way and said that he will push us out if we stay anymore. 10.The sad part is even after being so humiliated we were ready to accept a cut back of $900 on our trade-in car to get the 0.9% APR for our loan but we were denied the deal and informed about it after 2-3 hrs of painful anxiety and loss of honor. BUY YOUR INIFINITI FROM SOMEONE WHO WILL RESPECT YOU AND NOT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE "YOU DONT DESERVE IT!"

Listen up everyone! You would not believe the experience I have had at the Infiniti dealership in Melbourne, Fl. I have been shopping there for my vehicles for quite some time now as well as referring my family members and friends to purchase their vehicles at that location as well. The two individuals I was dealing with were Mike Mistretta Sales Manager and Brian Hubble General Manager. I went into my Lexus dealership to take advantage of the free detail service that’s offered “carwash & Interior cleaning” mind you this being a luxury sedan dealership, so I expected nothing but the best service be it my vehicle or myself as a customer. I returned to pick up my car and I was amazed how unclean it still was, cup holders were untouched, door pocket areas were untouched and there was a strange chemical odor left from whatever they used. So I was upset and went to put on my sunglasses on and realized that my $200 pair of sunglasses was covered in some residue. So I call the dealership and speak to Brian the GM, and he said he would return my call. 3 days go by and no call, so I go to the dealership to get my issues resolved and explained to the two gentleman “Mike & Brian” what had happened, well Brian would not come out of his office, not sure why? But he would not. So I dealt with Mike who intern decided to put all of the wrongs on me by personally saying I shouldn’t have left my stuff in my vehicle, then he proceeded to accuse me of lying stating that my sunglass most likely were already damaged and scratched. It did not stop their! He then proceeded to say that maybe I was a person who was not very cleanly or basically calling me dirty. Who in any business field would say that to a customer who has spent roughly 100,000 with their company? I would strongly recommend anyone to stay away from this dealership if you don’t want to be treated like an outcast or borderline racist comments. I myself am a business owner and I would never treat a customer or even a human being the way this company treated me. Just beware, they have no moral or ethical values, as well as tons of horrible reviews from other members of our community.
