Sales was fine. Our bed/adjustable frame were in stock. we bought it with a delivery date for the day after we closed on our house. Was told they would call before delivery in the afternoon...Nothing....We call them the day it was supposed to be delivered.....Oh we dont have a record of delivering your bed/frame today. in fact its not in stock and you wont get it until next week.....Spoke to a supervisor and they somehow found a bed/frame and delivered it around 8:30PM. When they installed the frame they didnt install it correctly because one of the wires was wrapped around the frame and when you lifted the bed with the remote it sheared the wire essentially making the bed frozen in place. Called them the next day and a guy came out. The tech said yep they installed it wrong but was able to bypass one of the control boxes and said that he was ordering a part and when it came in that they would come out and replace it and that I didnt have to worry. 2 months later...No word...Call and they said they have no record of this. They didnt even ask for a sales number or order receipt nor my phone number to look anything up. Just said that I would have to call the frame manufacture to get it fixed ON A PROBLEM THAT THEY MESSED up on when they delivered the bed. No help from the support staff at all DO NOT EVER USE them for anything. Terrible customer service. I for one will never spend a dime with them again and will tell everyone I know to use someone else. Horrible. Horrible experience thus far,

After a very frustrating experience with a store salesman when calling to check if the mattress and box springs we had purchased had arrived as promised, I gave a very truthful one star rating for the store. I was informed, that the mattress arrived but the box spring did not. The salesman suggested I pay an extra $20 for a box spring that was in the store then that was a 9 inch box spring versus the 5 inch box spring that we wanted and did not match the color pattern of the mattress. He also suggested that if I did not want that, that I could drive up to the big Mathis Brother Furniture store in OKC and pick up a box spring myself. I purchased the mattress and box spring in Norman because I did not want to drive up to OKC in the first place. Never once did he apologize for the inconvenience. The next day, after posting the one star rating, I received a phone call from the Mathis Sleep Center district manager. He was very polite and quickly found a matching box spring and had the mattress and box springs delivered to our home the very next day. The district manager definitely knows something about customer service and I appreciate him taking the time to take care of our situation.

6 stars*** Before walking in the store the girlfriend and I had agreed no buying just looking... So, we walked in and right away we were greeted by Steve. (Extremely friendly and genuine) We let him know, "We are just looking around and wont be purchasing anything today, just looking." He let us walk around the store with no pressure salesmanship. 30 minutes later, we fell in love with a particular unit; we both turned into a couple teenagers from excitement of how comfortable and how much of an upgrade it would be to the house. Im not a salesman, but if I was I would have pushed a sale on us for the bed. But Steve being the guy he is stated, "when you two come back, heres my card" The fact that there was that little pressure was mind blowing, 30 minutes later after walking in the store we purchased a mega upgrade for our home! Thanks guys, we loved the service. Con: Mathis needs to hire more employees to rearrange the floor when new units/mattresses come in. Cant have all the guys doing everything in there!

A Friendly Guy
I just purchased a twin mattress/box spring for my toddler from Rachel and just had a great experience. I wish all sales people were like her! I went to 10+ mattress / furniture stores in search of the right ‘big-boy’ bed and of all the people I talked with, Rachel, was the most respectful, intelligent, and honest person I worked with. Unfortunately, at almost all the other businesses, I walked out feeling like I had been ripped off… Rachel was really wonderful. When we went to buy our bed last last month, she actually recommended what she thought was a better and cheaper mattress that she just started carrying the previous week! She saves us money and we got a better bed. It was just pure luck that I was running errands, had a few moments & popped in to see what she had. So glad I did. If you look at the other reviews, she is AMAZING! If you’re in the market for anything bed-related, please talked with Rachel. Youll know her, shes "The Pretty One" with the Gorgeous Smile.

On Friday evening ,October 7th me & my Husband went out to eat and talked about going to look,at Mattresss , we walked into the sleep center in Norman, and we were over whelmed with all the mattresses in the store, and then this cutest lady came up to us and asked if she could help us! We told her right now we are just looking, and didnt really know what kind of mattress we needed because we havent bought one in a While, well Ms Rachel Barlow took over from there, she was so patient with us and gave us so many options that we narrowed down to the perfect Mattress for us!! I So highly recommend to anybody if your looking for a mattress and are in Norman Rachel is the lady to see!! She is amazing she knows her stuff!! We walked out of the sleep center in Norman with not only the perfect mattress for us but we also walked out of the sleep center with an amazing new friend!! Thank you Rachel for everything!

Fiance and I ordered a bed from this facility. Bed is nice. Delivery was good. 1. Whenever I am concerned someone will butcher my last name (happens frequently) I use my work e-mail. I do this because if they spell the last name wrong it will bounce to our admin and they will forward it to me appropriately. They spelled it wrong. 2. They some how got my information intertwined with another purchasers account. Thats nice, isnt it? 3. I called them. They said they dont disclose purchase information (not true, they did, but Im sure not on purpose). Then, they forwarded me to customer service who was painfully confused and stated "I see the problem. Well fix it. Thanks!" then ended the call. What? Really? Ha. Proof is with the attached photos.

Its not often that I take the time to write a review about a business, specially if its a positive one. I cant help it, Im in a great mood. A good nights sleep does that to a person. And lately, Ive been sleeping like a baby. Theres a salesperson in Mathis Brothers Sleep Center named Ashley Moore that I have to thank for it. Shes friendly as she is knowledgeable. She answered my million questions with a big smile and let me take my time and find my perfect mattress. Ive already told everyone I know that shes great, now Ill tell you too. Youll be amazed what a good nights sleep will do for you. Go see Ashley, she will help you like she did me.
