Worst customer service EVER! needed something price matched, which Ive never had issues before, yet they wouldnt this time around. The manager on duty, bill, wouldnt allow a price match. When asked, isnt it store policy to price match? He said yes. But when asked why arent you then, he said because he doesnt want to. That if he price matched everything hed be put of business. Not only that, he threatened to call the cops solely because he didnt want to price match. He even threatened us in front of our son! None of us was yelling or making a scene. Being rowdy, causing a disturbance, nothing. It was all simply because he said he didnt feel like selling it to us for the online price. Called corporate as well, they said they should be price matching. But in the end corporate doesnt care either. When asked if someone would call us back, they said probably not. That they just take notes and thats it. So its very sad that this huge business doesnt care about its customers, who they hire or even to up hold their policies. Never again will I be going to this or any Target. One family loss doesnt matter to them anyways.

This is probably the best retail/discount store in town. It IS a little more expensive than Walmart, but you absolutely get what you pay for here. They have excellent customer service, an excellent selection of nearly everything, including groceries. Even when its crowded it doesnt seem crowded. No long lines at the checkout counters like at Walmart. Its nice and clean and still seems quite new tho its been there for many years now. The shopping center itself is one of the best in the area as well. 5 stars for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I like their tea but the employees need to inform the customer that they might have to wait for their order a little longer than the other customers because they had to get more tea cups. When I noticed people getting their orders before me I finally spoke up and asked about my order. The guy working behind the counter got slightly snippy and said they had run out of cups and that they were very busy. I get that but maybe you should tell the customer that they are going to have to wait longer. Simple good customer service 101.

This target repeatedly makes me question if I love Target. Some days they are great, with staff everywhere and registers open and carts and clean floors. Some days they suck, with only self checkout open at 5:45pm on a weekday, or ice cream dragged through the aisles, or other such shenanigans. Three out of five.

Large store with a good selection. Produce quality is mediocre. Usually understaffed at the checkout lines (as of 2014-16) so the waits can be 5-10 minutes. But they do have self check out now which alleviates some of that issue. Starbucks, ice cream shop, and Pizza Hut Express inside.

The Starbucks inside of Target always seems to be clean, the workers are courteous, and they get orders taken care of in the best timely manner allowed. I would visit this store any time the Standalone location across the street is busy or out of what Im currently wanting.

Great place to shop. The store is bright and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have great prices and a large selection of product. When you feel like getting away from the Walmart crowd, this is the store to shop at.

Biggest problem is how popular they are because the store is heavily trafficked meaning it can be in disarray at times and far too many carts in the parking lot. But since Target wont staff it better they do their best to keep up.

Love this pharmacy! My daughter requires a lot of medication and they are amazing at helping me keep everything straight. They know my name, and they help with whatever they can. They are the only reason I still shop at Target.

I chose this place over Walmart. The whole store seems cleaner and ran by people who actually care about what they are doing (more often than Walmart). Cashiers can be slow. The Deli area definitely seems cleaner.

I just came back to Target after their hacking incident. I bought an item for a Christmas present, lost the receipt and they would not let me return it. Bye, bye Target, you lost me over a $15 return.

This Target does a good job. No long waits for checkout and they have a good selection of Christmas and Easter stuff right after the holidays are over that you can get a good price on.

Its a nice Target. My only complaint is the groceries are significantly more expensive than Walmart. Buy your clothes and home stuff at Target. Go to Walmart for groceries.

Love this store,minus the old lady in the womens dressing rooms. If you take more than a few minutes she comes and listens by your door. Its extremely rude and intrusive.

The workers at this target are always so friendly. But compared to the Target in Moore the products here are usually a season behind.
