I had a SUPER DUPER time with Livia and TAllyn. They are WONDERFUL people! However while I was shopping I saw that wichita furniture sells "floor model" furniture for 44% off of list price. I found two other sofas that were the only floor model and should have been marked down 44% like the other two pieces I found. The assistant manager, Ryan, refused to speak with me, shook my hand as if he thought i was dirty or something, and, when I asked him to explain why one floor model was 44% off and another was 15% off, he got upset with me and said "are you just wanting something for (amount) or something?" and just generally treated me so badly I actually left without purchasing anything. I went back in for the pieces I wanted in the first place just to buy them and found out there were two identical floor model pieces that were different only in color and one was $50 more than the other. I asked him to make the higher priced one the same price as the lower one - and he wouldnt even do that! I was amazed at how rude and unprofessional he was and that, in the FOUR HOURS I was there, he refused to speak to me for more than about 2 minutes. The only reasons I purchased from WF were Livia and TAllyn. They were great enough, genuine, and kind enough to make me look past being treated like dirt by the assistant manager.

This was my first time shopping with Wichita Furniture and I left there completely satisfied with my purchase and the help that I received from Chandal Dorrell. My s/o and I was looking for a particular style of living room and dining room furniture and Chandal did such an amazing job at helping us find a 12-piece bundle for a great price that I couldnt pass up the opportunity to top off the deal by adding on an entertainment center for a low price!! Chandal was so patient with us walking the store floor multiple times, moving tables and lamps around so we could see how everything fit together. The minute we walked into the store she asked us what we were looking for and she made sure to show us items that fit our style....she really listened to what we were saying. I didnt feel like just another customer; I felt she really tried to get to know us and what we wanted in order to best serve us. I cant wait until my new furniture is delivered. I would definitely recommend Wichita Furniture....and ask for Chandal!

We visited Furniture on Consignment Wichita today after seeing the ad on TV. Everyone was friendly, but very "hands off" allowing my son and I to leisurely look around. After approximately 15 minutes, we were approached by Nelson. He introduced himself and offered to answer questions if we needed. By that time, I was ready to ask questions and VERY happy to have had a few minutes to peruse their showroom. What struck me about their showroom was the advertised prices are what was actually on the furniture. ... ZERO BAIT AND SWITCH!! What struck me about the most about Nelson was the wonderful way he interacted with my 17 year old son and involved him in the decisions we were making. After decisions were made, Ryan (I am assuming a manager) came over to introduce himself to my family. I cannot say enough positive about Furniture on Consignment. I will not shop elsewhere.

On my inital visit with Robert I really appreciated his customer service, push but very informative.but when I I didnt get the itemd the same day, but when I did return although I was greeted by several csr, I requested Robert due to the level of trust he estalished with me by listening to my needs and being able to accomodate me. I am definatley satisfied in the customer service i received from Robert. Addditionally I would like to thank Elaina as well who was trying to ensure another customer knew where the line was, he was rude to her when she told him we were next, but she remained calm and professional and provided excellent customer service as well!! I am know just waiting on my table to come in and I am totally satisfied from beginning to end. Thank you I will continue to make this my number one furniture store! Yours Truly Valarie French

Mi hermano y yo fuimos a la Muebleria y la persona que nos atendió se llamaba Celeste. Siempre nos trató como nuestra amiga. Se notaba que sabía lo que hacía, es decir, conocía bien los muebles así como las ofertas y tendencias. Los precios se me hicieron muy razonables. Gordon was an absolutely excellent associate! We walked in, said we had small pets and wanted a couch that would stand up to shedding and dogs that are treated like family... Heck they are on the furniture more than I am! He turned us on to an incredible sale! At the competition (on S. Oliver), we were going to struggle putting together a decent couch and chair. Gordon set us up with such a good deal on an excellent quality 5 piece suite for our living room (Ashley, no doubt, awesome warranty!)... we went ahead and got a queen size Sealy mattress set (w/Love My Mattress guarantee)! Then, he whips out the calculator, adds in the 10% furniture discount, sets up our delivery and mattress removal. Man, I am thrilled we went to Furniture on Consignment!!! Thanks, Gordon, you are FANTASTIC!!!!

I was able to use their website to preview the different items and their prices before going in. They also have a great online chat option where I could ask questions as they came up. I spoke with Barry via the chat and then he also helped me in store. He was great answering all of my questions and describing all the products. We purchased a bedroom set, matress, and a living room set. Barry was able to make it to were we got each piece we wanted even though they werent in the advertised set and got us great deals. Wichita Furniture has great products, the best prices in town, and awsome employees from sales to financing.

We walked in looking for a dining room set as well as a living room set. We had been in a couple of times and already knew what dining room set we wanted, but we were unsure about the couches. Bobby was very friendly. As we walked in, he greeted us and helped us find our way around since I had screen shots of some couches we had seen on the website. He was very patient as I was a bit indecisive as to what I really wanted. He helped us get the best deal on the furniture we bought, we had a coupon we used on an accent chair we got and also got 10% off our dining room set. He was great.

Welcomed me and got me to the right department to get my financing taken care of, and then helped me find the perfect peices of furniture! Trini was spot on with her customer service and was patient with myself and my bank! Maddie R. Explained my contract and got me all set up so I can get things taken care of!
