The service was excellent without being inendated with sales people asking every 5 minutes if we needed help. Prices fair, quality of the furniture very good. Sometimes they do terrific sales like two for one recliners, my husband and I recently had the privilege of partaking in. The recliners are fantastic beyond our expectations we will not forget the awesome deal, friendly service. Delivery was prompt, on time, just as we were told the men explained to my husband step by step how the power pack plugs into chair and wall , the easily assembled black to seat assembly if we ever need to move the chairs to another location in our house. A great place to by all most any furnishings for your home.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Havertys. My wife and I went to 7 yes 7 furniture stores in Wichita and the surrounding areas and nothing came close to the selection at Havertys and the quality of furniture! We found our dream sectional and the customer service was excellent too. I highly recommend Nova to help you find what youre looking for! We told her exactly what we wanted and she only showed us pieces that met our criteria! So thankful to have done business here! They have our business for a lifetime!

Ive shopped here many times and have had great experiences, but this week was not their best with customer service. I was trying to give them my money and they cannot make it any harder. I ended up ordering my furniture via a Havertys in another state. I wont mention any names, but they need people that know what they are doing. All I heard were complaints about the lack of manager presence and later got bad service. I hope they can fix these issues, as this a great brand and store. GOOD LUCK!

Havertys should really consider their warehouse hours. Some people just can not get there by 6:00 p.m. or as late as 8:00 a.m. Give the customers who work to pay thousands of dollars on furniture a time to be able to pick it up. Worst customer care I have ever witnessed as far as the end of the sale goes. Store hours should be listed as such.

Excellent customer service that blows away the competitors! While visited this location Sheila helped us to pick out the perfect reclining sofa living room set. We bought the furniture protection package during our purchase, and needed to place a claim. Desiree assisted me in looking up our service agreement number over the phone.

Her customer service is beyond compare, Shelia takes the time to get to know you and really find out what your looking for in order to try and match what will fit best for you and your family. Furniture is of course excellent quality. You can definitely SEE and feel the difference. I LOVE Haverteys
