You should be VERY VERY VERY careful purchasing furniture from this store. This is not a furniture store you go into, see something you like, and take it home with you. 95% of the floor items are sample models of what you then order. You pay an additional fee for your order to be sent to the store. If you change anything on the chair (e.g. "Id like the fabric on this model put on this chair") it becomes a "custom order." My husband has limited mobility. I came to this store thinking I could get the exact chair to meet his needs. I now have a brand new $1,100 chair he cannot use. The manager has offered me $612 of store credit because it was a "custom order" (I asked for the fabric that was on another model on the floor), and I had had it too long (three weeks). You are much better off getting your recliner from one of the other furniture stores in Wichita that hopefully cares a little more about customer satisfaction.

If youre shopping for furniture, take my advice and avoid Lazy Boy. Horrible (but expensive) product and atrocious customer service. I bought an electric recliner for $950 in June of 2015. It crapped out on April 7, 2017. It didnt last 2 years. La-Z-Boy wants $109 to come look at it. The "motor" was covered, but not parts and labor. They also wanted me to pay TODAY and they would come check it out in 2 MONTHS, on June 16. I just laughed and laughed and then I told them to f*** off. Id rather pay a local furniture guy than drop another cent at Lazy Boy. This chair was my first and is my LAST Lazy Boy - pure garbage!

Dependable furniture, butore expensive than at non-company stores. However, usually dont have 3 month wait for stock patterns. Great staff with design experience. Perfect plave to buy an entire coordinated room or just one piece

The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. They have a wonderful design center where I was able to completely plan out my living room. The furniture is of great quality! Very impressed!
