Nervously waiting to hear back on our offer for our first home, my fiance and I decided the best way to while away the time at our local Havertys showroom. We immediately fell in love with the Piedmont sectional sofa! It was comfortable, spacious, durable.. the perfect piece to start making our new house a home. When we found out our offer was accepted, this was our first purchase. We were so excited when delivery day came. We couldnt wait to sink into the amazing cushions and binge watch Law & Order. (We knew the cuddler section would be a few weeks behind the rest of the couch, but we were okay with that.) Excitement quickly turned to confusion as we tried to put the cushions on the couch. There werent enough! And now I ask-- what good is a couch missing cushions?! We called Havertys and were assured the missing piece would be delivered with the final section. Fast forward a few weeks, and the final section was delivered. The missing cushion, however, was not. The delivery technicians assured us that we were, in fact, missing the cushions. We immediately got back in contact with the Havertys customer service. After extensive explanations to the representative, she had no idea what we were saying. Can she please schedule a Cushion Technician to come out in the next few weeks to assess the situation? Uh, no. We really didnt care to wait that long. Back and forth and back and forth, she finally asked us to take a picture, and use Paint to circle the part of the couch that was missing a cushion. A little miffed, we did as we were told. We also popped into our local Havertys to show them the exact piece that was missing and see if they could explain it better than us. That was a month ago, and I STILL CANT USE THAT PART OF MY COUCH. I was just told that there was no way to get the estimated delivery from the warehouse, but that *fingers crossed* it will be delivered within the next few weeks. We could have had a completely new Piedmont delivered in this amount of time. In conclusion, the part of the couch that we have is beautiful and comfortable. But it has now been three months and several phone calls and we still dont have a complete couch. Had we known, we would have gone with Bassett.

Was absolutely terrible. Not so much the particular store, but we purchased a very expensive sterns and foster mattress that we were told will not sink! However, after a week of sleeping on it, it sank immediately! After calling the customer service multiple times we finally got a technitian to come out and look at our mattress. They told us it IS sinking but not enough to give us a new one. We paid over $2,000 dollars on this thing and sunk more in one week then the mattress in my guest room that I have had for almost ten years. They refuse to listen to me when I explain that there is a hump so big that I cant lay in the middle of my bed. I am not a large man, and should not be having this issue whatsoever. However, they do not care. They have my $2000 and are ok with ruining a scam of a business. Not happy and will never buy from them again, as we have also had terrible other pieces of furniture from them. Broken bed frame, etc. Do yourself a favor and go to the Ashley Furnitute store or somewhere else in the area.

I thought Havertys would be expensive so hesitantly pulled up the website when sofa shopping, but then I saw they had the perfect sofa, and it was within my budget! Wow. Went in to the store for a test drive and had a really enjoyable experience. My salesman was John, who never pushed anything at me. He led me to the sofa I asked about and let me experience it on my own terms. When I knew it was the one for me, he showed me fabric swatches, and provided information about fabric protection and delivery timelines. He was friendly and always let me be in charge of my decisions. Sofa arrived this week and I LOVE it! Amazing delivery service, awesome quality sofa, and so comfortable. I think its the most favorite purchase Ive ever made. <3

First purchase at Havertys. Sales was helpful up until post sale. Was advertised of capability and found out at delivery that it might be false information. Sales guy said he would call the day after delivery and check on us...no call. We then placed a call to him to find out about the false information. Was told he would call me back the following day with an answer, 2 days later still no call. Called the manager today who wont be in until tomorrow. Problem still outstanding. Delivery was careful with the furniture but drove all over my yard. Most likely wont be back.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a long time but as it always does, life happens. I had a really bad experience at another mattress store, so I came to Havertys after canceling my order with them. Braun and the cashier that rung me up were so wonderful and accommodating. I told Braun about my experience with the other mattress store and he did a fantastic job of providing me with excellent customer service. Also their prices were fantastic; I got exactly what I wanted for way less than the other store was going to charge me.

Happy. We bought a huge dresser for the bedroom. I buy pieces that can be used in any room. The Havertys in Alliance was just perfect! After walking the whole showroom we ended up buying the first piece we looked at LOL. real wood and just right amount of distress, beautiful finish and its wood. We made an appt for delivery in the morning for today and tracked the delivery truck progress and it arrived on time - within mins they had this setup and left. Yay!!!

I was upset with Havertys over a delivery delay. I received a personal apology from the person who took responsiblity for causing it. The floor manager went over the top to make it up to me. I am so happy with, Brandon, the manager and the wonderful designer, Cynthia, who helped me pick out beautiful custom furniture. I bought my last furniture from Havertys 10 years ago and it still looks great....I will buy all my future furniture from Havertys too.

Not the worlds biggest selection but what they have to offer is very nice. You get what you pay for here, and you WILL pay here. Staff is super friendly will treat you with every bit of courtesy and kindness you could ask for. You really feel comfortable shopping here.

Nieves and Stephanie were amazing! The cashier was fantastic, too! We ended up with a really great deal and were super happy. They went above and beyond to help us out and I will never go anywhere else for furniture after my awesome experience today! Thanks again yall!
