I went initially to get a bed for my boys that would last over time and I know Wilcox stands behind their product, so I went online and found a few beds to go and talk to someone about. I dealt with Eric Valdez and he showed me a variety of beds within my budget and was very well informed and courteous, not pushy at ALL! I came back a few days later with my boys to show them something similar to what I had chosen and got the ball rolling. It was a Sat afternoon and very busy!! But there was a lot of great deals the more I looked around the more my list grew from 1 item to a few. Eric treated me very well and sent me to Mario with the finance company who got me all set up! I didnt walk out with everything I picked out, but I walked out VERY happy with my overall experience!

Be careful of double pricing here it has happened to me twice. I called the store asking for a price, since the price is not listed on the website, they quote me 1299. I ask the person again to make sure it is the right price and product which they say it is. I get to the store excited for my purchase an hour later. I am told that product is not for sale, even though it is on the website which i show them on my phone and i talked to them on the phone about it an hour earlier. The associate talks to the manager and all of a sudden the product is for sale but now the price is 1797. I have been to this store twice in 2 years and both times same thing happens. Be careful.

Knowlegeable, courteous salespeople. Good quality furniture and great value! This is April 2016 and I cant find the Review page! So Ive had to get back into my own 2015 review in order to leave a review now! Please try and fix that wrinkle in your system! As always, when we need to replace or upgrade our furniture, we tend to come here first. Prices are the best in this area. Showrooms are clean and well-lit. Sales people always helpful and non-intrusive, which for me, is a plus. Cant wait to see the much announced Magnolia Collection from HGTVs show Fixer Upper. We will surely be back!

I came in knowing what I wanted-Hyde Park by Aspen Home which needs to be special ordered. I got my bedroom set ordered and financed in less than 45 minutes. It wouldve been quicker but I was wandering the store when Jay paged for me. This store had lots of nice furniture and several of my back up choices were available, but Im happy with my primary choice and willing to wait for the manufacturer to send it out. Jay Villarreal was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick in assisting me. There were several financing options and I was allowed to choose which one to use. Im glad I came by.

Have been a client of Wilcox Furniture for years. My whole house is furnished by Wilcox Furniture including the carpet. I always go to Dave Jackson for excellent service. O recently purchased a sofa. I purchased my last sofa in 1999 from Dave. So it was time for a new one. Why go to anywhere else. Fast Forward

The item I wanted was in stock unlike rooms to go and othe furniture stores. Sales personnel were friendly and we prompt with getting me in and out of the store with the item I needed . Best part is the items are in stock at a local warehouse. It seems like no other furniture store does that any more. Thanks Wilcox!

My experience was great, UNTIL, I got my table and it was a floor model and not brand new. We were a little shocked. Even after we paid for it to come from storage and get setup. So here we are at the store now looking for a new table or a discount!
