I purchased a brand new King sized bed frame from this store. I bought the whole set a few years ago, in a queen sized, had no problems with any of what I ordered, so why not order the matching king sized frame? After several week I received a call that my furniture was in. I came to the store to inspect my new purchase and I was also told that the order would be throughly checked before I picked up it up. Upon picking up the frame I checked all but few boxes in the dark back room of the store. The lighting was not awesome for checking anything on the bedframe. Upon finding a flaw on the headboard I brought it to the managers attention. He then told us to fix it with a marker. Reguardless of the few Small flaws I saw I went ahead and took the beddrame home. Upon opening the rest of the boxes in better lighting I realized that due to the low light i had not noticed several places where there where CHUNKS missing from my brand new bedframe. I called the store to inform them of the flaws in the product they sold me. They said I should send an email to Rob Gannon, the manager, the same man who told me to fix flaws with a marker. He never even replied to the email I was instructed to send. I actually dropped in the store for a visit today. Rob the manager was more than happy completely wash his hands of the whole situation. Rob said that since I picked up my bedframe and didnt pay for their companys delivery service, they wont be liable for any damage. Rob said he has no idea what "could" happened to the frame once it left the store. As if I would purposely damage my own furniture that I worked hard to save for And Paid for in full at the time or purchase. I was not in any way informed that they would not be accountable for damages unless they delivered it themselves. To say that Im disappointed how the manager approached and Handled the damages in the bedframe is an understatement. The actual salesman I delt with in the store was wonderfully polite. Elton presents himself as a genuine honest person and I guess to my Dismay I expected the same integrity in the manager. Not a mistake Ill make again.

Great experience. I have been shopping for bedroom furniture for over a week. When I walked into Charter Furniture I was immediately greeted by Joe. We told him what we were looking for. Although they did not have the type of set we were looking for we continued to look to get ideas. Joe found us and showed us their catalog and was able to find exactly what we wanted. After looking at a couple of more stores we returned and purchased the set with Charter. The quality of their furniture is very good and reasonably priced, but it was the excellent, going the extra mile customer service that brought us back to purchase from them. Our furniture will be delivered and set up Friday and I do not expect to be disappointed. They have proven already that they will go above and beyond for the customer.

Large selection, great prices, outstanding customer service. The employees are very friendly and caring - I was able to take my time and browse through the store and ask questions without any added pressure from the associates. Charter Furniture carries a variety of quality home and office furniture at affordable prices, unlike other cheap furniture stores around the town. Every piece of furniture they have on display here is gorgeous and not to mention from a reputed manufacturer. Since recently buying a new home, my wife and I have purchased furniture from here for nearly our entire house. Most painless furniture buying experience EVER! I would highly recommend Charter Furniture to anyone who is looking for quality furniture at great prices.

My wife and I purchased a couch and love-seat from charter. When it was delivered it didnt look the same as we imagined it would and wanted to trade it out. Long story short, Charter went above and beyond normal service to make sure we were happy with our furniture. I dont always buy from Charter but I always use them as my first choice when looking.
