I am a retired disabled grandmother raising 5 young grandkids. I shop at Winco every week. My limited income seems to go farther at your store. Occasionally I run out of money before I run out of month. This was the case tonight. I ran out of baby formula and had exhausted all of the resources I could think of. I called Winco in Spokane Valley and was connected promptly to the store manager. I told him my dilemna. I asked for one can of baby formula and I would sign an IOU or something and come in friday the 1st and pay for it when I get my groceries. This was at 0200 7-31-14. The manager hung up on me and left the phone off the hook so I would get a busy signal if I called back. I was very shocked and sad that this happened. He could have at least talked to me about it and told me I was SOL or something. Well guess what? Wal marts manager gave me the can of formula. He was kind and understanding. Thank God for good people.

We used to live across the street, and use it less now because of distance, but we had a very good experience there. The only thing I dont like is that they dont carry a lot of organic, but they have a great variety of fruits and veggies, and they do have at least one line of organic cleaning products (Mrs. Meyer). Their prices on tea, soy milk in the non-refrigerator section, frozen vegetarian products, and bulk nuts, carob chips (sugar kind), and spices are the best anywhere. They also have great specials. Bring cash or debit: they dont take credit. There are lots of reasons to shop here...selection being another one.

The store prices are great. The variety is good. The people friendly. The Upper management is uncareing and dangerous to the public. They have installed hand dryers that can hurt your hearing. They are dangerously loud and will cause hearing loss. Management does not care as they are cheaper than towels. Shope there but go at home. I got trapped in the urinal stall and could not cover my ears. I am going to the Veterans Hospital to find out how much hearing I lost. In fact, it might be better to go to Walmart for your shopping needs.

Parking is horrible. I like the parking setup better at the northside Winco. But both still need to enlarge the width and spacing of the parking spaces. With that said some open bins of dry goods and candies arent the freshest. They have a pretty good variety of items though and at least keep their shelves stocked better than this other store I visit. Ill still shop there because of their proximity to the freeway and a few other stores that i visit. Just really wish theyd do something about their parking. Not all of us drive compact cars.

Good store, good prices, friendly service. Thats what you ask for in a store right? Its clean, the people helpful and the least of which is that the prices are very good. In fact excellent. The meat selection is great, its multicultural in what it stocks and thats always cool for diverse eating. The employees are stock holders. Even better, yes? Its a trip for us in SV but worth the run. A $100 buys a $120 worth of food anywhere else; big deal when your budget is fixed like ours is. And hey: our budget is FIXED. Thanks WincCo.

I shop at Winco strictly because I need to buy things at the lowest prices a lot of the time and for canned, bottled, and boxed goods Winco is the place. I dock 2 stars for both the produce and meat sections as they are wildly inconsistent. Half the time Im there the produce is moldy or spoiled and the meat looks disgusting and old. The other times the produce or meat is great. I have given up shopping for produce at Winco just because i cant rely on it at all and so I go to other higher quality grocers for that.

Class act. Bought some chicken the night before, open it up to make dinner and it smelled pretty funky. I called them and the guy said bring it in, well make it right, even though I didnt have the receipt. He even pointed the label said satisfaction guarantee on package, and that I should call them. Good job sir!

Just called and spoke with Teresa at the customer service counter about a general question concerning a product that they sell and she was so rude with me. I can relate if i had be annoying or was bugging her in some way but to lash out at a customer that is completely undeserving is just wrong. Grow up...

I love Winco its the only store I shop at! Every month I get high I go shopping I hit the bulk section, chocolate covered banana chips, chocolate almonds, pecans, peanut clusters, glazed walnuts I love it all! I also love there already sliced beef roasts that stuff is cheap and makes good jerky!

Open 24 hours! I honestly think all things taken into consideration Winco is the cheapest place to buy groceries in town. Huge selection too. Bulk foods, including pet foods. Sometimes they get pretty crowded but usually goes fairly fast. FYI they dont take credit cards as far as I know.

I love shopping at the valley WinCo, but they need to put at least two handicap parking spots side by side, so we dont have to worry about coming out of the store to find this..... Apparently being an adult is just too hard for some.

Always packed, with no associates to help with any questions. The stocking crew has little regard to safety or organization when performing their job. The only positives are the self checkout and some of the prices.

If youre going to buy your groceries in Spokane or Spokane valley, winco is the place to go. Prices are always good and food quality is always good. Employees are there if you need them. Also it is open 24/7.

Cheap prices, great name brands, huge selection. My only problem is their lack of my favorite Danish Orchards Strawberry Preserves! I have to make a special stop by Safeway for that one. :/

Any one who hasnt shopped there, should. Prices are awesome, you can buy bulk, name brand, and their brand, it is employee owned.
