This is definitely not the best Whole Foods experience youre going to find on the planet. First of all, its very small for a Whole Foods. It might even be smaller than the one in Bend, Oregon (which I think is tiny). They dont seem to be very well-organized. When I went to pick up my Thanksgiving meal, first I went to where the email told me to go: customer service. Nobody was there and, eventually, a checker noticed and told me to go to the meat department. So I elbowed my way to the meat department and waited in line only to find out that I was still in the wrong place. After worming my way through the crowd to the third location, prepared foods, I finally found myself waiting in the right line. Then it took them forever to get my order done, though not because I had to wait for them to start. Instead, it was because they kept putting the wrong things in the box and getting confused. Fast forward a few weeks to my next visit. My wife and I go shopping and collect all our stuff. We have maybe twenty items when we start looking for a place to check out. As we walk down the line, we notice there are a few customers dicking around arguing with the checkers...like the checkers have anything to do with store policy. The express lane is open (though poorly-marked as an express lane) and the checker there is just staring at the scene. My wife and I walk up and get ready to check out but, before we pull anything out of the cart, the checker babbles out some garbled sounds. My wife and I are confused, so I ask her what she just said. Angrily, she repeats the sounds a few times until I figure out shes trying to say the word "express". Shes not trying to say Sorry, this is the express lane". Shes just angrily repeating sounds that loosely correlate with the word "express". So we move over to the line next to us and watch the customer and the other checker argue about some inane problem that neither of them can control. Guess who else just stands there watching? Thats right the "express" lane checker. She just stands there staring as we wait for nothing to get resolved. Eventually, a nice lady shows up and notices that were never going to get to leave the store if someone doesnt open up another lane. Remember: two lanes are busy with intransigent customers and another lane is "busy" doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Anyway, the nice lady took us to another lane, got us checked out and conversed with us. I liked the lady who ultimately helped us and I feel bad for the two other checkers who had to patiently deal with a couple of stubborn jerks. That express lane lady should be fired and blacklisted, though, because that was "she ought to live in a refrigerator box"-level service right there.

Ive been shopping at this location for years. Ive had both great and not so great experiences. The bad: Theyre overpriced. I even called them on it once via email when I showed them pictures of a product being sold for two dollars less at another grocery store and online to prove it. On the good side, they lowered the price. Ive gotten food poisoning from a vegan burrito, specifically, the fake meat. I didnt call to complain, because you cant ever prove you got sick from anyones food unless other people got sick too. Thats a fact. WASH YOUR HANDS, Whole Foods employees!!! The deli department where you order sandwiches and pizza is so understaffed. I cant blame one person for being slow when theres a line of four or five customers waiting. They need another person working up there. The good: They have an amazing selection. I love to cook and try interesting new things, and they carry almost everything I need. Theyve even offered to order things they dont usually carry, at no extra cost to me. Everything Ive purchased here was always great quality and fresh. I cant speak for the meat department because I dont buy meat but their produce is AMAZING, and the bulk bin selection is great too. Most of my experiences here have been good, but they can always improve.

Two strikes in 2 weeks! Bought a quick ready to go dinner twice in the past two weeks and had two horrible experiences. First dinner was the self serve bar that gave me a week of food poisoning after eating the pineapple apple crisp which had gone alcoholically sour. Telling the manager after resulted in a "sorry" Just today we ordered a whole Vegan Pizza, exactly as they display, which currently only had a half pizza left. We asked for a price and they said $12.99. We ordered at the same time as another couple. Returning 20 minutes later the other couple just picked up their fresh hot pizza, and the cook forgot our order, he rushed making it and said another 10-15 minutes. While waiting I noticed the vegan pizza on display was now newer, and only missing one slice. When asking why our order was sliced our and given away, another guy said he made that after our order. It was the same pizza, why cant the two cooks coordinate. After the wait he threw on an additional upcharge for "hot item" sticker for $1.00 making it $13.99 for an insulting upcharge surprise at the register for our pizza that was forgotten about. Horrible service.

I shop here all the tone. Ive never stolen, caused truoble, loitered etc.. This afternoon I was rudley informed by a guy who wouldnt tell me his nane, wore no identification and no uniform that if I came into the store again he would call the police. After asking him what the problem was 5x he finally told me that I associated with the wrong people. He refused to tell me his name and he embarrassed me. Im a civil and fair person who follows the rules and this just doesnt seem right. I like whole foods and Ill be contacting their corporate office to try to get this resolved. I later found out the guy who I spoke with is Jared. He is a manager of some kind. I suggest watching out for this guy he has a entitled attitude and no respect towards young or socially disadvabtaged people. I was told on the phone by another manager to not contact corporate, Dro the issue and Im better off shopping at Albertsons or Smiths .

I believe the negative reviews are the most valuable because they can protect other people to have the same bad experience. Well, it is December 24. I just try to buy from that store few "smoked" chicken legs. They are not smoked, just grilled, but I can go with it because I like them. I saw em in the pan, and the label above read "Chicken legs $4.99" When the lady gave me the box, I saw she charge me $8.99 per pound instead of 4.99 After I go back to her, she said the price is right, because... this it TURKEY legs. Well, I am 43, and I still can not make any difference between chicken and turkey, wright? Plus they does not have any turkey there at this time. I understand they probably try to oversell and make some cash money for the holidays, but this is not the right way.

Never go here on a Saturday afternoon. Pure chaos! They have no contingency plan for being busy! People waiting in line at the checkout counter for 30 minutes to buy a few items?! Only 4 registers open with others sitting unmanned? Either they are so arrogant about what people are willing to put up with or it was just extremely poor planning. After 10 minutes in line without it moving I returned my products to the shelves and left. At least 5 other groups did the same as we were leaving. There are too many other options to accept this sort of disrespect for my hard earned money. If I need an item that only they carry, Ill go mid-week in the late afternoon. Otherwise, Ill avoid this location and shop elsewhere.
